Fast delivery very pleased with rug

I was sent a dirty rug. I contacted customer services and explained that I do not think it's right that I should have to clean the product before being able to use it and how disgusted I was that it arrived in this condition especially for how expensive the product is. I was told this was a once off incident which occured between the manufacturing and packaging process and
that I'd be sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly but it also dirty. I do not expect to order something to then have to clean it due to there being dirt in the manufacturing facility.

Beautiful rug and fast delivery! Very good quality. I wanted a rug which would go with my amber floor light and my mid grey sofa. This rug matches perfectly.

This Company did not deliver the correct items but they made a goodwill gesture which compensated for this. We would recommend this Company if you want to purchase the rugs/carpets for your external use.

If you phone ( I had a query) they answer straight away and are extremely helpful. I ordered an outdoor mat - really pleased with it and was cheaper to go through the company than order via Amazon. I also got a new customer discount - bonus

Good quality garden rug, pleased with my purchase

Ordering and delivery were very simply and easy. The product was just what we were expecting in size, colour and quality.

Excellent service and value

We had been looking for a small outdoor quality rug for some time for our patio/barbeque area but no shop we visited ever had the size we wanted. From a internet search we found what we were looking for on the Green Decore website. Once the order was placed we were concerned to learn that the item was due to be delivered by Evri, formerly known as Hermes, as we have had bad experiences with them in the past. However on this occasion the delivery was made with no problems.

An issue with the payment autofill feature meant my order got placed using my old address. I emailed them the same evening and within just a few hours (if that) Nikhil had updated my address and confirmed to me this was done

I can't remember how long delivery took but i believe it was just a day or two. Really impressed all around.

I placed an order for a rug to sit under my son’s drum kit. My rug arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The rug itself is completely true to the online picture. The quality is great and it looks really great too. I Haven’t washed it yet but that’s an added bonus to buying the rug, it can fit in the washing machine. Very happy.
