Horrible dropshipper. Deplorable experience
Horrible dropshipper. We tried to be patient with them as they seem to have a nice portfolio. However is all very deceiving. Products In Stock are not, and when they are, delivery is in most cases over 10 days. All in all, of all the orders we placed with them we were only able to fulfill 30%. Just imagine how upset the 70% of clients that didn't receive the product were. Customer Service is non existent. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company.

Ugh, I wish I read all these reviews... I didn't do my research properly.
Horrible customer service to even activate my account so I started to wonder, if I was having such trouble to just start with them how would it be after?
Then I started to think this may be a scam so I went the GreenDropShip review route and found Trustpilot.
I agree with all the comments here, and hopefully you do your research beforehand and don't end up here like all of us writing a review "afterwards".

Total Fail First Impression
I donât write many reviews but like a few others, I felt the need to warn other people. I will just briefly share my personal experience. I became a member in February 2021 to use them for my new eBay store. Unbelievably, I never got to received my very first order. Every time I ask to check on the order, I will get a different story. At the end, they just canceled the order and gave me a store credit. Numerous times I asked for a refund to my credit card but they just didnât do it. So since that was my only option, I used the store credit to place another order and guess what, itâs been almost 2-weeks and no order delivered yet or even a clear status. Today I asked for an update on the order and all I got back was an automated reply from a 3rd party answering service. Good thing they advertise Fast Shipping on their website. I feel super bad for anyone else going through the same ordeal with this company. I think is unfair to the average business person trying to make an honest penny. Please do your homework before paying for any drop shipper subscription. I was told they will reimburse the subscription fees within 30-days of cancellation. Weâll see how that goes. Wish all the entrepreneurs reading this a lot of success!
Be Aware of GreenDropShip
It is not usual for me to make a public complaint against a business, however, in this case, I feel obligated to do so to protect other vulnerable people from becoming victims of what appears to be a scam business.
I signed up with GreenDropShip around August 2020 and spent months building my eCommerce website based on them as a supplier. To start off things went reasonably well, however, the wheels quickly fell off.
The biggest issue started with the cost of shipping. They provide well priced products, however, they obviously make their money on the shipping which is horrendously expensive, at least 2-3 times the actual cost and you are forced to use their shippers. In the 3 months I lost around $30,000 directly as a result of their shipping based pricing structure.
Orders were being delayed by weeks and even into a month and more. One particular instance I had the biggest order yet, which GreenDropShip cancelled 3 times and each time I had to re-enter the order and each time the shipping costs escalated by treble and more!
They take no responsibility for the incorrect weights causing incorrect shipping cost calculations at checkout on our store, leaving us the store owner having to pay the additional shipping costs resulting in our store running at a loss.
The number of chargeback fees we had to pay due to their delays in shipping orders and having to refund most customers has left us with a significant loss.
I am still trying to get the balance they owe me from cancelled orders to be refunded to me. In addition they debited my store with a $105.00 with no authority or explanation for the charge. I have also requested an undertaking from them that they may not utilize my customer database under any circumstances. I am still waiting for this confirmation.
In conclusion, I strongly suggest that any prospective store owners seriously consider these issues before signing up with them.
