I had an order problem that was addressed quickly. Rancid product. However, return email is offline and no response through the phone. I had to leave a message in under 5 seconds or I’m cut off!
I’m stuck with inedible treats and no one to talk to. Pitiful customer service. I won’t be ordering again from here.

I recently tried the Green Gruff Relax and Calming Dog Treats for my dogs, and I was quite disappointed. Despite the claims of promoting relaxation, I didn't notice any calming effects on my pups. The treats also seemed to be unappealing to the both of them, as they often ignored them. Additionally, the texture was a bit crumbly, making it messy to give them. On top of that, they are quite costly for the quality and effectiveness they supposedly offer. Overall, I expected better results and would not recommend these treats for anyone looking to soothe their anxious dog.

Zero customer service. Have called multiple times and left multiple messages. No one ever answers or returns calls. Ended up having to throw out the product because it expired before I could get through. Still after a year, no one has returned my calls. Horrible company. Will not purchase from them in the future.

My 10 month old shelter dog started barking in the middle of the night from anxiety. She’d wake up the whole house and when I’d go to her she just need calming down. I started giving her green gruff calm and she started sleeping through the night. No middle of the night anxious barks.

The best we’ve found for our 10 yr old 80 lb Aussie. He’d been limping for a while from arthritis pain. No more limping & he runs and plays with all the younger dogs like he used to. He goes regularly to the local dog park. Other Pet parents have commented they don’t remember seeing him run like that. It took a couple weeks to kick in, but it works. I have no doubt with the extra exercise he now gets every day that it will add a couple years to his life. He gets 2 twice a day. What a wonder!

I ordered from this company twice with no issue but on the third time, the product never arrived. When I emailed them to track the shipment, they sent a tracking code that showed it was delivered to a locker by the carrier yet I never received a code to open the locker. The product has been sitting in this locker for over three weeks in freezing weather with no way for me to access it. Green Gruff has not been helpful aside from providing the tracking number, no offer to contact the carrier on my behalf, send a refund or replace the product. I expect better customer service with their expensive products, and at the very minimum, a solution to help rectify the issue. I will not be ordering from them again, which is too bad because I was planning to order the $45 product for my dog once a month until this negative experience.

Green gruff is totally lacking in customer service. Contacted the company three separate times, twice via phone at their toll free number. Left a voicemail, third through email. Had a concern on two separate occasions regarding my dog’s behavior on their relax calming hemp product. No response whatsoever. Will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Not a good way to do business.

I can't review the product because it never arrived. I can review the company. I ordered this product two weeks ago. I reached out to the company two days ago. They assured me that it is on its way (this seems to be their go-to response). I pointed out that the shipping partner DHLsays it was dropped off the St Louis mail center

It's pretty clearly lost in transit.

Green Gruff has been the dog's life saver, any serveral ways because I treat the fur babys of the entire neighborhood and afar.
Always have a stash for other dogs I might need after I talk to their owner abou.t it. When I drive home coming up the road the dogs follow me like I'm there dog whisperer. I take care of dogs here at my home when my friends go on vacation. I don't charge because I lost my dear Dusty a beautiful bull terrier schnauzer 2 years ago. It has made all the difference in the world to the disposition it calms them and keeps them healthy they run about the yard after taking the supplement or just eager to enjoy life.

My local pet store was out of it so I ordered it online and purchased a container load 90 count.

What was so odd there was a health food store in Greenwood South Carolina and she had gotten some samples through a vendor and gave me one. For some reason she felt her clientele there in that town would not participate in purchasing the product.

Well I live in Asheville North Carolina and it's like a huge kennel you never seen so many dogs or what we like to call him fur babies. I remember the dog's name far before I remember the owner's name....

Bottom line the product works for anxiety aggressiveness pain from veterinarian appointments and just daily maintenance to keep your dog calm and collective.....🐶

My dog loves the joint and hip treats that are infused with CBD. She's been on them for about a month now and I see a noticeable change in her ability to walk and get around. She's even playful now! Great product! Thank you!

Was dried out and then contacted they immediately sent me a new supply. Besides their customer service, my dog lives their Calm chews. This company is a Win Win in my book.
