Unfortunately the negative reviews are accurate. Our claim was checked for compliance by the HRMC and the tax had to be repaid. They are ignoring my emails about getting the substantial fee back. The contract and the sales person said I would get the fee back. Sadly not. It’s a scam. £4000 out of pocket and 6 months of compliance check stress.

Helped us with R&D claim

This is the second year Jellyfish help us make the R&D claim. This time Barnaby Chenery​​​​ have been helpful and quick in getting things sorted out.

My only feedback is that this year the agency fee has increased a lot compared to previous year so it will be nice for this fee increase to be communicated in advance before starting the calculation/claim process.

I worked with Jonathan Kitts on my R&D credit application and Eloise Ayers on my capital allowance claim. I thought my company was too small for them to deal with initially as other companies had turned me down for this reason. They assured me that were happy to help with both my claims which were successful. Both Jonathan and Eloise were fantastic to deal with and answered all of my numerous queries thoroughly and professionally. I would highly recommend working with this company and I will do so again. Absolutely no problem at all.

Reached us out of the blue, and took care of the whole process really. Kim in particular was great and always on hand to help. The only drawback is fee seems a little high, but this was likely because our claim was relatively small.

I was approached by Green Jellyfish, They did all the leg work checking out our business adn I had to hand over minimum documents to move forwards with our claim.
