Very helpful easy to use and put in touch with the right people for the job

Unfortunately it basically means you open yourself up to a slew of calls - not what I expected at all.

The continuous phone calls was very annoying eventually I had to spam a few of them my phone was good it stopped all of them from reaching me otherwise it would have been a complete nightmare I found out that the minimum cost for solar panels would have been ten thousand it was pointless going any cheaper which was five thousand I was quoted how do they expect average to poor folks to afford these systems is besides me

Dealing is good

Been asked to rate, but I've only just filled in the form and had only one call from a solar installer, many others appear to have been blocked by my spam filter. If I find the quotes to be extortionate the review would go down, if they're fair it would go up.

Form was simple enough, solar installers have been provided and one is coming out to quote me in 2 weeks (my schedule didn't allow sooner, they were keen to come sooner).

If I was to be critical, it would have been nice if the installers were more local to me as opposed to nationwide installers.

Bunch of spammers, fake adverts wouldn't trust with a barge pole. Find a proper reputable company not one that runs fake ads

I got responses from expertise almost immediately.

I just wanted a rough quote. I filled the online form on to see if they’d give me general quotes that I could then look into but after submitting all the information it just comes up with ‘we’ll call you’. They did call back promptly, took the same information I’d already put into the form, and said they’d send the information to the quotes companies. I requested they record that I only wanted to be contacted by email which they said they would do.
2 minutes later I’m getting phone calls from 3 companies, none of which had as part of it that I explicitly didn’t want phone calls. These 3 companies then did not provide me quotes, but took the exact same information I’d already entered twice, and offered to book me in for online meetings where they would give me a quote (and presumably upsell). When I said I wanted to do it via email the companies all told me it was better to be done by phone because they needed more in depth information, and then proceeded to confirm the information from the forms that I’d already submitted online.
This service actually just made me do more work as I could have gone to each individual website and entered the same information quicker myself, and I would have probably had more information by now. An actually useful service from this company would be a system like you get for car insurance, where you enter your information and actually get preliminary quotes from providers that tell you how much things will cost you. The current service is a data-harvesting phone operator that does not actually reduce the amount of work you need to do.
They also only seem to provide quotes from linked providers, so there is no guarantee it is the best quote. Given you’ll have to repeat the information on the phone to each provider anyway, you're better off calling your local providers directly.

Rapid response from several contractors.

They were all very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to settle on one, but I am very happy with the quote and the people who dealt with me.

Very quick turnaround enabling same day contact with 4 potential solar PV system providers. I would suggest that providers try to make initial contact by either email or text (as a rule, I ignore calls from unknown numbers). The 2 providers that I dealt with were professional in their approach and did not try to rush things along.

Very prompt and professional response. Clearly had a very good understanding of the market and our needs and was able to match both.

Few companies have contacted me and made a couple of appointments for Wednesday after octopus have failed to even supply a fitting date after almost 10 weeks

I have been looking to change my boiler for awhile now and couldn't decide who to give me a quote one Sunday morning and by 10 am I had received 3 Contacts who covered my area and wanted to make appointments the following week which I deemed efficient.
