Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Cape Town International Airport (CPT), with its depot in the Airport Industrial area at 24 Montreal Drive, Cape Town. The branch is open 24 hours a day, every day. After landing, head to Parkade 2, Public Pick Up Area, where a branded shuttle bus meets arriving customers and takes them to the depot to collect their rental vehicle. Shuttles run on demand in the early morning and late evening, and every 20 minutes during the day. If you need help finding the pick-up point, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Thank you for recognising the friendly Cape Town team. We understand that receiving a different car from what you expected and having difficulty getting an update on the deposit release affected the rental. Please send your booking confirmation, rental reference and earlier enquiries privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can compare the vehicle category and check the deposit status.
Picking up the vehicle was a bit of an…anxious feeling because they are not located within the rental vehicle plaza .
Picking up the vehicle was a bit of a wait . Had to wait for an agent to fetch us outside the airport .
Dropping of the vehicle we were rear ended by another vehicle as you enter the airport . Driver of vehicle that rear ended us gave a different name , from what is written on his drivers , incorrect phone number ( I discovered it whilst trying to call him ), he did not want to follow us to the drop off . We were advised because we were rear ended , Green Motion would recover the damage cost from the vehicle owner that rear ended us . On arrival back in our country of residence, Green Motion deducted as much as they could from my VISA and wanted more .My VISA agent got involved . Agent initially advised not to pay the balance , because Green Motion advised their lawyer will get involved from the other vehicle owner . I got demanding emails from Green Motion . I decided to pay the balance and wait for reimbursement, but the Aldo got a letter from Green Motion lawyer advising they want more money and threatening to black list me .
I will not rent again from Green Motion and have adviced all my friends and family of this incident.

We understand how upsetting the collision near the Cape Town return point and the subsequent charges and legal correspondence have been. We cannot determine responsibility for the damage or the amount owed from this review, particularly as another driver was involved. Please forward the rental reference, collision report, charge documents and the correspondence you received privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so central customer services can review the case and explain the current position.

Snel, goed en professioneel!
We kregen een upgrade dat was al erg fijn. Het ophalen van de auto ging snel en professioneel en ook het terugbrengen verliep snel. Er was gedurende onze trip een kleine schade ontstaan en van het terugbrengen en constateren tot de afhandeling met de verzekering verliep alles vlekkeloos.

We begrijpen dat de ontvangen GWM niet overeenkwam met de Ford 4x4 die u verwachtte, en dat de stoelen voor u niet comfortabel waren. Zeker voor een reis ter gelegenheid van uw 30-jarig huwelijk is dat teleurstellend. We kunnen op basis van deze beoordeling niet vaststellen welke voertuigcategorie was geboekt of waarom dit voertuig is verstrekt.
