Green Motion provides car rental serving Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Doha. This page also covers the Doha Downtown desk. On arrival, head to Gate 4, where a Green Motion representative will be waiting with a board showing your name. A shuttle bus displaying the Green Motion logo then takes you to the branch office to collect your car. If you need assistance locating the pick-up point, call the branch (the number is in the branch details on this page). Desk opening hours (local time): open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.

Very disappointed
The only positive impression was that the staff were friendly. However, I am disappointed for two reasons: one the late pick up from Airport since the company has no office in the airport, the second is that it has been nearly 20 days and my money has not been released yet. So, I am afraid that I have been ripped!
