Worst car hire I have ever used
Worst car hire I have ever used. I am used to other car rental companies in South Africa like Avis and Hertz which refund the deposit within 48 hours. With this one it was a nightmare. I received my deposit after six weeks subsequent to numerous phone calls and emails. And what outraged me the most, is when their staff and Financial Manager do not see anything wrong with their refund policy and see nothing wrong with the fact that the customers have to make phone calls and follow up on their deposit refunds. I would advise anyone to stay away from them if they want to maintain their sanity. Terrible refund policy and customer service, to say the least !!!😭😭😭😭😭

The staff was courteous and professional! The car was exactly what I had rented and it was immaculate! I wish all rental car experiences were like this and I highly recommend them!
