Great service overall but poor refund service

Thank you for recognising the booking, collection and return experience. We understand that the long refund process and lack of a receipt or charge breakdown undermined that good service. Please email your booking reference and the refund transaction details privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can review the timing and provide an explanation of any charges.

Thank you for saying the rest of the rental went well. We understand your concern that the deposit has not been returned and that the explanation of 21 working days has not been sufficient. Please email your booking reference and a redacted record showing the hold privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can check its status and explain the timeline that applies.

I had to beg for my deposit. I rented a car and returned it on time, however my deposit took way longer than the 21 working day window. I had to continuously call and email and was given the run around. Absolutely disgusting service!!

We understand how frustrating it was to keep calling and emailing when the deposit took longer than the 21 working days you were given. We cannot see the payment timeline from this review. Please forward your rental reference and earlier correspondence privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so central customer services can trace the deposit and explain the delay.
Third journey with Green motion
As mentioned before. With my third experience with Green motion i never get the car i opted for, but i was never dissapointed with the replacement 👍. I opted to return the car outside their working hours on a Saturday, and they had no problem with my option.
