Green Motion operates a car rental desk serving Zagreb Airport (ZAG), with a base address at Selnica 10, Selnica Scitarjevska, near Zagreb. This branch offers a meet and greet service. On arrival, call the branch (the number is in the branch details on this page) and a Green Motion representative will pick you up at the exit in the arrivals terminal. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–22:00, including public holidays.

Falta regresarme los 1500 euros de reservados
En la entrada el señor que manejo mi reservacion estaba muy arogante y se comportaba como si me hacia el gran favor de ayudarme con mi reservacion. Con el coche todo estuvo estupendo y alli no tengo quejas. Al fin mande hace 10 dias un recado pidiendo el retorno de mis 1500 euros que me reservaron y se me mostaron como 27000pesos mexicanos en mi tarjeta de credito y hasta ahora no vi el regreso de esta cantidad. Tampoco hubo comunicacion conmigo. Cabe mencionar que el otro joven que me despidio cheko el coche y me firmo liberacion. Entonces cuando voy a recibir el regreso de 1500 euros?

Entendemos su malestar por el trato recibido al inicio y por la retención de 1.500 € que, según indica, sigue apareciendo en su tarjeta después de diez días y de haber escrito sin respuesta. No podemos ver el estado de la autorización desde aquí. Envíe por favor la referencia del alquiler y su mensaje anterior en privado a ics@cs.greenmotion.com para que atención al cliente compruebe la operación y le explique la situación.
