We knew exactly what we were getting and the final price. Good product and fitted by excellent fitters.

The quality of the roof is so good. It works well in the sun and the cold weather.
The tradesmen who constructed the roof were so polite, obliging and tidy.

We used this company for the second time , having previously using them to do our roof line sofets and facia, guttering.
This time we had a new front door and two side windows installed , its been two weeks since fitting and no problems so far ..
The fitters arrived on the day booked in , and removed the old door .. and fitted the new door , as it was late Thay had to return next day to finish the job , but returned next day , first job to finish it..
Its a lovely door , and so far no issues , I can recomend green oak .
And thay clear away the old door and rubbish .

From our initial discussions with Dale who explained the whole process and options to replace our existing glass roof conservatory with a superlite roof, plus new patio doors, FSG and new front door right the way through to the installation was equally professional, friendly and carried by the expertise of Mark and Brad not forgetting the other fitters who were also part of the team. A special mention to Luke the electrician and Dave the plasterer who completed their work in a very professional manner.

Our polycarbonate conservatory roof was replaced with a supalite tiled roof.
From the initial first Contact through to job completion was done in a very professional way.
Thanks to all the guys that worked on our project, especially Mark who put in many extra hours over and above the call of duty and his helper Brad.
Plasterers, sparks and site clearers all played their part In making this a stress free installation for us.

We had a glass roof conservatory which was too bright and too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We investigated several roof structures before choosing Greenoaks. Everything that was described at the initial consultation and quote was delivered and installed. I cannot fault the workmanship and attention to detail from all of the tradespeople who constructed our roof. The trades people turned up on time everything, were polite and helpful and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the end result. What a difference it has made to our home. We found Greenoak on Google search, having contacted them by email with some pictures of our existing glass Conservatory roof which was leaking in many places due to age. There sales person came along and quoted for a Supalite roof, there was no hard sell and we were left to make a decision in our own time.

Having agreed to go ahead with the work we were given a survey date and a fitting date. Following the survey, it was flagged that we wouldn’t be able to have the Supalite due to the pitch of our current roof. Within a day Mark had come up with a solution we were offered a bespoke design, built from timber, fully insulated, with a rubber edpm roof.

The work started on the date we had been previously given, all the tradesmen who came to our house, were polite, considerate that we had to live in an open plan house with no roof on the conservatory for a short while. They cleaned up each day after working and completed the job on schedule to a very high standard.
We would not hesitate to recommend Greenoak.
