Great quality - cooks well.

Loved my Green Pans so much, I bought some for my son and as grad gift for my niece setting up house at college!

Everything about this set of cooking pots and pans has truly exceeded my expectations. They aren’t just pots and pans. They truly have a unique personality all their own. I look forward to cooking! Not only that, but the actual cleaning of this cookware is unbelievable. Takes little effort and they look brand new afterwards. Thank you Greenspan!

Horrible. Pans were chipped.

I bought a really wonderful slow cooker. It didn't seem to get hot enough on low & medium. I called to ask if that was by design and Green Pan sent me a new one... No questions asked. Amazing!

So far, so good.

The green pans I received work very well. One benefit I hadn’t thought of when purchasing was how lightweight they are. So much easier than lifting a heavy pan out of a lower cabinet. They are a breeze to wipe clean or wash with soap and water.

Shipping was fast and product was well packaged. The pans themselves are clad with a beautiful gold handle and the beautiful hybrid ceramic surface just lets things slide off.

I had a small problem with the ice cream machine and customer service was excellent and solved the problem very quick.

Incredible non stick pan. So non stick I have trouble getting a spatula under a fried egg to turn it. The egg keeps moving. I own Hex Clad pans and the eggs keep sticking even with a lot of oil so I bought the GreenPan. using very little oil and love the pans.

We've been very happy with the pans. Everything we've cooked with them has turned out perfectly. Our first shipment included a dented lid, and the process to get a replacement wasn't great. We were initially asked to send the entire set back and told the replacement set would ship when the first set arrived back at the facility. That would have left us without pans for approximately two weeks which is unacceptable. I understand some companies operate in that way, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy about it. If we purchase anything additional from GreenPan, I would likely seek to purchase from a different source.

The product arrived on time, as promised. It was great to cook so many pancakes at the same time! It appears to be good quality.

Do not buy directly from GreenPan. The pans I received did not match the color represented in their online marketing photos. When I tried to return the unused item, I discovered they utilize a regressive return loophole designed to trap customers.
Unlike virtually every modern e-commerce company, GreenPan refuses to generate a return shipping label and deduct a standard flat fee. Instead, they force you to independently ship the package back. Because cookware is incredibly heavy, independent shipping costs between $117 to over $300 (with their shipper, FedEx) for a $130 item.
Forcing consumers to absorb standard retail counter rates means you will lose up to 100% of the item's value just to send it back. Customer service was entirely unhelpful and dismissive when confronted with this logistical barrier. If the product isn't what you expected, you will be stuck with it or forced to take a massive financial hit. Buy from a retailer with fair policies instead.

Easy, efficient and an excellent product

Great selection and quality. I only wish I could purchase some things separately.

AMAZING

I bought these for my bf’s place, as I cook there often, and his pans weren’t that great. Initially I was hesitant to spend too much on nonstick pans as they don’t last (and it’s not my house where I have proper expensive pans 😁), but after going through a couple of cheaper nonstick coated pans, I finally bit the bullet and decided to get some decent ceramic pans. And boy oh boy, am I glad I did! These were a joy to cook in from day 1, and I love that even the outside of these pans are nonstick, so no matter how crusty the egg dribbles are on the edge and outside of these pans 🙄, they wash right off! And I’m so glad I got the set of three vs just one bec now every pan is the good pan!
