Wonderful Customer Service!
After having some technical issues which were sorted super quick after a phonecall I got my order all sorted.
It is wonderful to give the business to an Eco Friendly Company instead of the usual online retailers!
Quality of products are brilliant. Customer service is fantastic! Delivery painless! I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic company, I had some technical issues with the website and the company got back to me ASAP, the issue was fixed & my order got here super quick!
Great customer service - polite, friendly and helpful - They even rang me back to check I could put the order through okay.
It's lovely to be able to buy eco-friendly! I highly recommend this company!

Eco-conscious company with some non-eco-concious decisions
Minimal packaging with paper tape, and all products arrived in good condition.
The produce bag said it was "Made in China" rather than supporting work in Britain and reducing the fossil fuels used in its transport, and the bag was 100% cotton, which is good, but materials like hemp and especially bamboo are far better for the environment. Cotton uses massive amounts of water and bamboo grows 35% more quickly than trees and absorbs 35% more carbon dioxide. It's massively underrated and underused.

We completely understand your comments and fully agree. With the bag you bought, this is hand-dyed locally to us using natural and locally foraged ingredients. So whereas we would definitely prefer the bags to be made more locally too and preferably with more eco-friendly materials, we also want to try and balance our support for local start-up companies. We will pass on the feedback to our supplier and see if we can source more eco-friendly bags in the future.

I love that you can find vegan and cruelty free products here of a wide range and reasonable price, I just wish you could reduce your free shipping limit 😉☺️

We'd love to be able to reduce our free shipping limit too :( however as a small business, we can't access the same rates as the big players at the moment. As soon as we can reduce our shipping rates, we will pass the savings straight onto our customers and lower the free shipping limit. We always want to make reducing your waste as easy and accessible as possible!
