I’ve been procrastinating about changing many of my kitchen and bathroom cleaning products for some time, having realised how many of the every day items I use have small print ‘ harmful to aquatic life, with long lasting effect’ on the labels. I started with an eco supermarket brand of washing up liquid, but after seeing the range of items that Dan and Gabs offer at Newport farmer’s market, I placed an order for laundry detergent, toilet cleaner and washing machine cleaner, all now in use and I’m happy with the results. They were delivered to my door within a couple of days and I like that I can leave my own containers/ bottles out to be re filled. Less plastic containers used is even better.
If you care about the health of the chalk streams in this area, do take a look at these excellent alternatives.

Products are all great and Dan and Gabs are SO lovely - they really go above and beyond.

Eco friendly, good value, delicious smelling products that don’t leave me with empty plastic bottles. And all delivered to my door. What’s not to like?

I wasn’t home but left my empty refill bottles out for filling. No problems. All straight forward

Gabs and Dan tracked down some stock that was practically out of stock everwhere - the hair bar I was looking for! I had contacted them to see if this was possible. They emailed me to give me a choice and then the 2 I had chosen arrived in very good time. I was delighted with this personal approach! And Kindness.

I used the 5 litre jerry refill service to purchase two different products, laundry liquid and washing-up liquid and am really pleased with both of them. The doorstep refill service was convenient and efficient.
