son unos estafadores me estafaron con 11000 euros uno les escreibe y nadie atiende tengan cuidado con estafadorers como esto estoy colocando la denuncia porque me estafron 11000 euros no compren en esta pagina

It's been a month since I ordered, I've exchanged 16 emails with their support team but I seem to be getting an automated message that they cannot find my order in their system. Avoid buying anything from them. In the end I opened a dispute towards my bank to try and get a refund from them.

Je n'ai pas reçu le produit commandé et payé. Personne ne répond à mes e-mails, personne ne répond à mes appels, et WhatsApp est injoignable. Bref, je me sens totalement arnaqué !

It's a scam, they don't send the orders neither they answer emails or whatsapps.

I ordered and paid a moka funnel, some paper filters, descaler and 1kg of coffee. Only coffee arrived but not the rest of the items. After many tries to contact them by e-mail, WhatsApp and phone I got no answer so I believe they are not a serious company.
Avoid buying anything from them if you don't want to be scammed.

Det kommer mails der ser ud som alt er i orden, men det er der ikke .
Har brugt WhatsApp men intet svar
Skrevet mail til dem og får en mail retur der er helt forkert.

Verdammt. Ich habe etwas bestellt und natürlich niemals etwas bekommen. Im Gegenteil bekomme ich am 2. Februar eine Mitteilung, dass sie bis 2. Januar nicht erreichbar sind, gefolgt von einer Meldung, dass sie das jetzt per DPD zustellen wollen und nicht per DHL. Ekelhaft, gefährlich, betrügerisch? Anzeige wird diese Woche erstellt, wenn mein Produkt nicht da ist.

Sklep nie ma produktów, które oznaczone są jako dostępne wysyłka w 1 dzień. Od ponad miesiąca czekam na realizację zamówienia, prosiłem o zmianę adresu dostawy, anulowanie zamówienia kilkukrotnie przez chat-bot i e-mail - wszystko jest ignorowane. Nie polecam, zdecydowanie jest to jeden z najgorszych sklepów z jakimi miałem styczność.

Ich habe etwas bestellt. Leider habe ich bis jetzt keine Sendungsverfolgung und bei einer Kontaktaufnahme bekommt man vorgefertigte E-Mails die nicht weiter helfen.

Pessima esperienza! Non ordinate su questo sito. Ho fatto un ordine, non è MAI arrivato! Nessuna risposta alle mail da me inviate!

They are scammers!! Do not order anything on this website. They will not send your order. They will not reply on any e-mails or they reply in Greek with a weird quote. Report these scammers!!!!!!

Whatsapp chat is a bot, that forwards to general manager who is not picking up phone calls.

Nadie responde por mail, chat o el contacto por web. Hice un pedido hace 9 días y naaaaaada, nadie dice nada, no existe tal compañía? No entiendo como una empresa así tiene tal pésima atención al cliente

An item I bought broke after three months. I tried contacting customer service by email and phone, but I couldn't get through. The call keeps getting disconnected automatically. I'm starting to suspect it's a scam site.
