Good experience, polite and efficient

Unsolicited house call in person to vulnerable elderly couple.

Considering the website information you’d expect a lot more reviews & staff for the amount of work that’s been completed in the time frame of such a new company. Yet the MD supposedly has time to visit with no prior arrangement.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Green Power and couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first consultation, their team provided clear, honest advice without any sales pressure. They took the time to explain how to get the most from my renewable energy system and tailored their recommendations to suit my home and long-term goals.

The workmanship was professional and reliable, and everything was completed to a high standard. What really stands out is their focus on long-term performance rather than quick fixes. It’s reassuring to know the system is built to last and backed by a team that genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

The support from Jake in getting my battery system to work in the manner I wished has been great. He always responded to my queries and was helpful with Luxpower to sort out the use of my Solar output to charge the battery in their app.
The installation of the battery system took longer than expected as the engineer was on his own due to the illness of his partner. The engineer worked hard over many hours of the day after a long journey and it was difficult for him to handle the weight of the battery on his own. He returned on Saturday and completed the installation with only a short outage of the power to the house.
He was very helpful in installing the extra small consumer unit in the best space for appearance as requested. I thought he went out of the way to meet my requests to make he cables as unobtrusive as possible from the outside mounted battery and invertor.

I would recommend this company.

Absolutely stunned with the quality of service and aftercare from this company, I’ve dealt with multiple solar companies since I’ve had the panels installed, green power have been by far the best ones I’ve used. Would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t normally write reviews until we are happy or have seen results from what we have purchased however, Jake was very helpful, ensuring everything was working up to scratch and helping us install a new inverter as well as batteries and since then we’ve seen a lot of improvement with our readings from the generation meter. Would definitely recommend.

I signed up for a maintenance plan for my solar and battery system and the service has been excellent. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Everything was explained clearly and the work was carried out efficiently and quick. Would definitely recommend.
