I have been dealing with this company for over one and a half months, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

They repeatedly increased the quoted price—even after the contract was signed—which is completely unacceptable.

Initially, I was verbally quoted $9,000 for a solar and battery system. This was then increased to $9,900 in writing via email. After signing the agreement, I was required to pay a 50% deposit.

Following payment, the installation date was changed multiple times without proper explanation. Eventually, they installed only the solar panels on the roof and left the job incomplete—no inverter and no battery—despite this being clearly included in the agreement.
I was then told that I must pay an additional $2,000, otherwise they would not complete the installation.

They have shown no willingness to resolve the issue or take a reasonable, straightforward approach to fixing the problem. This conduct is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns.

I am currently collecting all emails, messages, and supporting documents and will be lodging a formal complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), as well as preparing to escalate this matter to the Magistrates’ Court.

My honest advice: do not deal with this company under any circumstances. This has resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and significant frustration.

I strongly recommend choosing a reputable provider, even if it costs slightly more, to avoid a similar experience.

A special mention to Sangeetha as well, who handled the accounts side seamlessly-processing payments promptly and providing all invoices and warranty certificates for both electrical and plumbing work without any hassle.

Overall, a very professional and well-organised team. We’re extremely happy with the outcome. Based on this positive experience, we’re also looking forward to engaging them again for our hot water heating system.
