Order was cancelled with no explanation. I never received anything nor was I charged. But I don't know why it got cancelled. Wound up ordering from somewhere else.

Turn around from order to shipping could be quicker.

Since my husband passed away very unexpectedly, I have had problems sleeping. Sometimes I don't even go to bed at night. The Sleepy z gummies have helped along with some new practices to induce sleep. I do believe I am getting better at this sleep thing.

As you can tell from my numerous orders, I find Green Roads products superior to others we have tried.
Unfortunately, this order was marred by the CBD muscle and joint relief cream. I had ordered 3 bottles and upon using the first bottle found it to be very difficult to pump out, so much so that I opened another bottle. The second bottled pumped as it should, and the third remains unopened.
Is it possible to get a replacement for the faulty bottle, and if so, how do I return it?
Everything else in the order was perfect.

Website would not allow auto ship choice -for a few months I had to re-order.
Then order was interrupted with a “manual review” with no idea if $$ had gone thru. Ended up ordering way more than needed due to terrible communication about what the “manual review” meant. My phone call was met with stern explanation that fraud was a big problem to your co. Not nice! Not helpful. The order took a long time to receive. In the mean time we found another source with comparable pricing and stellar customer service. They confirmed and thanked for the order and sent tracking info right away. Not sure if Green Roads is right for us at this point. Not sorry about that, frustrated and angry.
