Dealing with Joe has been amazing.

I didn’t want to change my energy at first but he collected my information, gave me real energy live news links with backed up data, to help me understand why I should switch to a new supplier,

6 months later he called to tell me the same thing and now I’m fully fixed with N-Power until 2029.

I dealt with James Hobbs

I dealt with James Hobbs, who sent me a list of quotes to choose from and advised which one he would take, I just got my first bill in and everything he said was going to happen has.

He also deals with any brokers who call me now to let them know I won’t be using anyone else while my business is up and running.

It’s great to hear that everything James outlined has come through exactly as expected, no surprises is always the goal. Clear advice and doing what we say we’ll do shouldn’t be a bonus, but we’re glad it made a difference.

I dealt with Stephen and honestly


I dealt with Stephen and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. He managed to significantly reduce our energy costs and the whole process was surprisingly straightforward and stress free. It was refreshing to deal with a broker who wasn’t constantly chasing and genuinely understood that we’re busy people and business needs. Professional, efficient and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Charity left in tatters

Had a call from Greenshift, very pushy from the outset. We run a charity for disabled children so every penny helps. We eventually spoke to a senior pricing specialist, James who seemed nice at first. He had told us our renewal price had doubled since we had last taken a contract out 3 yrs ago. We were initially over the moon that James was able to get just under the renewal rate and fix for 5 years until we got our first bill. All I can say is WOW!! My monthly amount seemed to triple! I spoke to my energy supplier and was told my contract was fixed for 5 years and James should have advised me of the amount to be paid each month. Im not sure our charity will survive this.

Hi,
After double checking our records, we have never been in contact, quoted or contracted electricity or gas with any disabled childrens charities. We have also never been in contact, quoted or contracted any customer by the name of Darren Jones.
If your experience is genuine I would recommend to make an official complaint, if not resolved then follow up with the Energy Ombudsman, however due to some of the details being correct (we do have a pricing specialist called James) I believe this review to be fake and most likely from a competitor or previous employee.

If this is genuine, we have not been involved in this and would be happy to help resolve for you against another broker/consultancy you have worked with if you would like to provide more details on the charity name and how this has happened we would be able to help raise an ombudsman complaint to cancel the agreement entered into if you have been mis-sold.
