Great Company to work with. Each step along the way, Green Solar Tech., had individuals specifically handle each step to getting my solar panels shipped, file permits needed, panels installed, and to get the system up and going. Their expertise made it so easy. The only problem we had was winter came and then it was not safe to install panels with snow on the roof. I still gave them a 5 star rating. I would work with them again. Great company.

The product and installation seems to be the best made. The formal PM did not do the right thing by us. Yet Gus worked everything out. The payment on rebates or money document signed has taken way to long for common sence. Hope the future dealings will be more professional and accurately timed on payments.

Horrible, very costly $50K lesson. I was sold the system on a lie. I was told if I move anywhere in the lower 48 states, it would cost a flat fee of $2500. I had the system for 8 months and got transferred. My first call was to Green Solar to line up the move of my system. It was now that I discovered that I was lied too. Sales Rep will tell you anything to sell their system. Green Solar did not care about the situation and did nothing to rectify the problem. I know several other people who bought systems with Green Solar and were not only dissatisfied, but misled. Word of the wise, stay far away from this company.

Daniel Segura and his installation team were great... can’t say enough. They stayed on schedule, were extremely courteous, left no mess, and handled the onsite LADWP inspection seamlessly. I would highly recommend Green Solar Technologies to anyone looking to purchase and install a solar system.

Everything went as stated, followed up with with many inquiries, responsive to all queries.

Work was completed on time. Everyone one the crew was very supportive and answered any questions that was asked. Daniel was very with communications related to installation and after with final results. Still waiting for Duke Electric to finish the meter change but Daniel has kept me updated.

From the very beginning, everyone with whom I interreacted was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. All of my questions were answered. They handled all of the paperwork, the electric company, the local township bureaucratic red tape, etc.
The local company who did the install - Alien Fuel Solar Energy Solutions - were 2 of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. They did a great job and when they were done, one couldn't tell any construction had taken place. The place was neat as a pin.
All around, it was obvious that everyone knew what they were doing and they did it well.
One of the main points in my choosing Green Solar is their use of very high quality American made panels.
In addition, I read many of their other homeowner testimonials which impressed me a great deal - lots of happy customers is always a good sign.

For the most part the process went smoothly! We are very happy with the final product! Edwin was wonderful to work with as he was easily available to reach with questions and also helped us understand everything that was going on! ☺️
Only 4 stars because in the beginning there was lack of communication with our first rep (Edwin was assigned our project shortly after)

Edwin Mendoza made my transition very easy and the tradesmen were great. Left my house just as clean as when they started. I appreciated that very much.

Everything from first contact, design, installation, and start-up, Green Solar Technologies has been 5-stars all the way through. Would do it all over again.

So far it has been a great experience. Worked with us every step of the way and kept us informed about what was going on. If they are this great if we ever have a warranty issue I would give an extra star.

Great salesperson, and our contact person did a reasonable job in keeping us informed about where we were in the approval process. The installation team was outstanding and even came back to promptly make the adjustments required by the utility company. Other than waiting on the instructions to sign up to monitor my system I have had an excellent experience with Green Solar.

Till now the experience has been good at every level- the sales, the project manager and the installation. All in time and very efficient and very courteous and professional. However, the real satisfaction will be decided only after some months of use.

I want to say that I had a great experience working with Green Solar Tech and their sub contractor here in South Texas. Robert Socki worked with me during the sales process and was able to answer all my calls in a timely basis. I really appreciated this follow up.
Zuriel Najera was right on top of the project. He kept me updated with the process of getting the solar panels to me and the installation. Once again, I appreciate the quick responses and information regarding the installation.
Atlas Technologies did a great job on the installation. Challenges with the weather gave us all a few headaches but they did a very professional job and it is working great.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend all of them for getting your job done.

I have been trying to get GST to fix the monitoring system since November 2018. To date it is not working.
