Our experience with Gregor heating customer service is always very positive, from the polite & helpful personnel on reception to the engineers who service our airsource heatpump. James, the engineer that serviced our heatpump this week was very helpful, polite & efficient. I highly recommend Gregor heating for installation & servicing (Gregor heating installed our underfloor heating & airsource heatpump).

Great customer service from the person on the phone. Engineer was polite and quick, fixing the issue within an hour.

Your engineer phoned and messaged us to let us know that she was on her way. She introduced herself and brought in her kit. She checked the flue pipe up through the loft and then carried out the service on the boiler itself and reported back to us. All was carried out in a friendly and efficient way and left us very pleased with what was done. Full marks to Gregors and their team.

We had a young gas service technician attend to service our boiler called Dan Cave. Dan was polite, professional and courteous at all times and also providing good advice for future payment plans for boiler care.

What can I say James was a great young man. Not only did he service the air source heat pump but he explained how it works . My husband has been diagnosed with cancer and is suffering with the cold. James set the radiators to become warmer as they were only Luke warm. He showed me how to use the thermostat efficiently the house is warmer and more comfortable. He explained everything and told me I could ring anytime and ask for him. Thank you James you are an asset to your company. It’s nice that someone in your company knows how the heat pumps work. Thank you again James.

Engineer came out at a completely different time didnt give us a heads up or anything looked at the toilet flushed it and left so nothings been resolved...
Said that the smell would be the drainage where when we said its just the one bathroom not all 3 he had no response and just said he will tell the drainage people...

The company was superb in accommodating my mum's dementia by telling their engineer and providing a time slot where the carers would be around.

Despite reporting an issue with my boiler, no one from Gregor Heating attended to inspect or resolve the problem. Gregor Heating just passed my details over the boiler manufacturer. As a result, I have been without heating and hot water since Wednesday.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience, particularly as I had my elderly parents staying with me. Due to the lack of heating and hot water, I was forced to take them home earlier than planned, incurring additional travel costs in fuel and mileage.

I also found the customer care team unhelpful and dismissive. My boiler is not even two years old, yet because I do not have a service plan with your company, my concerns were disregarded. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Given the poor level of service and support, I will not be using Gregor Heating for any future work once my builder’s warranty has expired.
