Excellent lender with a smooth process. Their products aim to fund niche assets, which is what the industry needs right now. Rates are incredibly competitive. Deal with Mariah in credit who is very transparent and efficient.

Great lender for Tertiary eqiupment
In a market where credit teams are being overly cautious and declining deals that should be deals for no reason, Grenke has been a breath of fresh air.
While still adhering to their credit policies, they are looking at deals with a commercial mindset.
