We’re a NY firm and for the longest time we were only relying on referrals and It worked for a while but growth eventually stalled out. GreyOps came in and did a complete rehaul of our sales and lead gen systems and some of our training. They installed a new operating system using their outbound that’s been really beneficial so far and still servicing alongside us, we’re giving active feedback as we go. It’s been a great partnership overall thanks very much to Olivia, Nikau and Krishant.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of communication following payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact your representative, Mr. Krishant Prasad, there has been no response to my calls or messages. The provided phone number consistently goes to voicemail, even when contacted from a different device. They are fake and doing fraud with clients.
This lack of responsiveness after payment raises serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and reliability. I would appreciate a prompt response to clarify the situation.

I tried to reach krishant prasad many times from few days texted, no reply back yet . The phone number directly going voicemail. I tried with other mobile, still no answer.
