I felt an instant rapport with Mae making the initial consultation relaxed and informative whilst allowing me to explain the history of my lower back problem. Mae was able to get to work using a number of strategies. These worked well leaving me with a greater range of movement than when I walked in. I was also given a number of exercises to practice to add value to the treatment. I was quick to re book for my next treatment in 4 weeks time. Thanks Mae.

Approximately 12 months on from my last review and I still cannot recommend Mae’s work and commitment to her profession highly enough. She has not only helped me immensely with my condition but has a natural ability to make you want to seek out that self improvement in your body, communicating in a manner that even I can understand !

Mae was very friendly and knowledgeable and ensured she had the full history of the situation prior to treatment. Very professional and informative. I felt comfortable during my treatment. Only feedback of a negative nature was having to provide your own covers for the couch and yourself whereas elsewhere this has not been a requirement and included within the treatment cost.

Fantastic service overall. My reasons for visiting were listened to well and Mae asked further in-depth questions to clarify what was needed to improve my condition. I felt relief from pain and a greater level of flexibility from the very next day, and to a level that i haven't experienced in a very long time (and i was very surprised how quickly i saw the improvments!). The session was an adequate length and it certainly wasn't cut-short as Mae addressed all of my concerns by the end of the session. Mae offered excellent advice about what I should do following the session in order to make the most of my treatment that day and to help with my general exercise routine (e.g. maximising my recovery between sessions, etc). Mae logically explained why I was experiencing my back pain and a reduced flexibility (e.g legs) and identified which muscles/tendons needed treatment - and the treatment appears to be successful after the results I've experienced already! I recommend anyone to see Mae if they are experiencing reduced mobility and associated pain (e.g lower back) at the very least!

I have had multiple treatments with Mae over the last year or so and couldn't have asked for any more from the sessions. Mae has fantastic hands-on skills and manages to be warm and kind whilst also highly professional.
As a physiotherapist and former soft tissue therapist I really respect the holistic care Mae provides, taking time to find and address the cause of any problems, not just treat the symptoms.

I've been visiting Mae for over a year now. I've got a pretty physical job and have plenty of niggles to sort out.

Mae has been great. My chronic golfers elbow in both arms is long gone (I thought it was something I'd have to live with). Every time I come away with a new range of movement I'd forgotten I ever had.

I have been using Mae as my soft Tissue therapist for nearly two years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is professional, kind and always manages to get to the bottom of the problem and sort it out for me. Not only that, but Mae is very generous with her knowledge and gives advice on how to keep the problems at bay. She is also very thorough and is constantly learning new techniques to deal with different issues.
I would highly recommend you trying Mae if you have a soft Tissue problem. You won't regret it.

Mae is absolutely amazing and a miracle worker, with a tight ITB and hip flexors along with other niggles, Mae was able to flush out my muscles and wow what a difference- had a pre London Marathon massage and my goodness it was amazing, she gives great advice and top tips, I can honestly say Mae helped me get across the LM finish line thank you so much Mae, I’m looking forward to our next session - without a doubt the best physio in Rugby/Warwickshire, highly recommend - Thank you Mae xx

Mae is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and responsive therapist. She is always answering all of my questions and she is extremely helpful. Mae is very social and personable, but also professional. I would recommend her any time!

Mae was very knowledgeable and also made the massage very comfortable and I will definitely book again. Very professional and helped to suggest rehab exercises to prevent the pain from returning.
