I came to Griffith Nobes after several months with a previous estate agent who couldn't find a buyer for our house. Immediately upon meeting Carolina, I knew I made the right decision to go with Griffith Nobes. I was immediately put at ease and assured that they would be able to help me sell. From the professional photography to constant communication throughout, they made what could have been a nightmare process into an easy, stress free move. I have nothing but praise for how my house sale was handled and would absolutely recommend Griffith Nobes for anyone considering selling a property.

Carolina & Steve have just sold one of our properties in record time. Their communication, professionalism and service was first class.

We also use the company to source the right tenants for our rental properties. Carolina has a real talent for matching the right tenants to the properties. I really trust her judgment, she always gets it right.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Steven and Carolina. They were extremely supportive of the whole process throughout the purchase of our house. Throughout all of my requests and questions they were always on hand to and they could not have done more to make what is potentially a challenging time run a smoothly and stress free as possible. The incredible team that is Carolina and Steven are amazing when it comes to selling your house.
They could not have helped us more, respectful knowledgeable and such friendly people who kept us up to date with every step.
The only tragedy for us was that our builder decided to increase the cost of the new home we were buying at the eleventh hour.
Carolina could not have been more supportive when we were devastated by our house purchase falling through.

I would highly recommend to work with Carolina and Stephen from Griffith Nobes, they showed professionalism, genuine interest in my needs as buyer, new everything about the house they are marketing ( which is not often the case with estate agencies). I spent more time with Carolina, and very much appreciated her approach of asking for what’s truly important for me, what I need to consider and took care to give me enough time to explore the property. I feel she is a kind of estate agent professional who can help you find home matching your needs and also sell your home to right people. If and when I would need to seek my property in that area I would consider Griffith Nobes as my 1st choose agency.
