Grifols lost my blood sample and never notified me. They didn't text, email or call. When I arrived after 90 minutes on public transportation, they would not take my blood for plasma because they lost my sample. They also refused to compensate me for my time even though they were at fault.

I have been a regular plasma donor at the Grifols location in Bellflower for quite some time, and I can honestly say it has been an outstanding experience from the very beginning.
Before coming to Grifols, I donated at BioPlasma, but my experience there wasn't positive. After a friend recommended Grifols, I decided to make the drive, even though it's not close to my home. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I've made.

From day one, the intake staff were welcoming, professional, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. The check-in and pre-screening are incredibly efficient because everything is handled online. Compared to my previous experience elsewhere, where the pre-check process was lengthy and frustrating, Grifols makes the entire experience quick and seamless.

The plasmapheresis team is exceptional. They are highly skilled, patient, and genuinely care about your comfort. They take the time to prepare you properly and are as gentle as possible when inserting the needle. You can tell they take pride in what they do. It's also clear that the staff enjoy working together; the camaraderie on the donor floor creates a positive, welcoming atmosphere that puts donors at ease.

What truly sets Grifols apart is its people. Every member of the staff is warm, friendly, and treats donors with kindness and respect. They make you feel appreciated rather than just another number.

One person who consistently makes my visits memorable is Kathy. She goes out of her way to remember donors' names, and her cheerful personality is contagious. Her genuine Southern hospitality shines through in every interaction, and she always starts my donation experience on a positive note. Employees like Kathy are a big part of what makes this centre so special.

If you're considering becoming a plasma donor, I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so. Plasma donations help save and improve the lives of countless patients who depend on these life-changing therapies. I’ve been donating at Grifols for a few months now and I’ve had great service. Just recently, my experience has been horrible. The young lady that takes the vital, her name is Anna. She has absolutely no personality, not friendly and very dry….. she’s is most definitely in the wrong line of work!! I cringe when she calls for me. It’s like she’s determined to make sure you doesn’t pass. I hope and pray I never have to get her again!!

One of their competitors changed their policy of defining a new donor. Previously it was no donor activity in the last 6 months, now it's lifetime. So I was super focused when going to this brand and ask several times what was needed to give credit to the person referring me. The processor took the name and I thought all was good. I check with my friend and they said they did not get their money. No worries, my first thought was not bad faith. I waited until my second donation to check. They said because my referral was not in their app it did not count. I feel completely robbed and deceived. If you can't trust the employees with information, I don't think I want to trust them with needles in my arm either.

This place is one of the best in Wichita KS Kansas the staff is very helpful and thoughtful they really genuinely do care the place is nice and clean

The center is very nice and nice staff. Lakeisha is the nicest nurse. Ask for her she will take good care of you.

Hands down this is the best place in turn to come to donate the street is very friendly and cares about you the walk you through the process

The environment is great good, people are great, and it’s clean. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Ms. Bea is really nice and funny. Ashley, was awesome when she stuck me. I literally felt nothing and it was quick. Overall, great team!

Walk in to the facility today and had the best experience with Lakiisha Mason. Amazing customer service and inviting personality. I look forward to returning.

They waste your time for what little they pay you with the nurses taking 20 minutes to see you when they are doing Fuc all. Don’t waste your time at this joke scammers

They don’t really deserve one star. If you have big arms it’s a waste of time. Either their blood pressure machines read errors or displays your blood pressure levels very high. If you get a reading of 175/136 they should call the emergency department. Nope they send you home and say you can try tomorrow. Then after so many times they make you go see your doctor and your doctor is like your blood pressure levels are good.
Gainesville, Florida the staff are not very nice in the front. Don’t waste your time

Receptionists are somewhat difficult to understand as they carry a heavy accent. I had to keep asking them to repeat their questions.
Also given that it is a lengthy process, it would have been helpful to add one more eligibility specification. Example: Questionnaire doesn't ask how many medications you are taking but you are disqualified from donating plasma if you take more than 4 medications regularly. Staff are aware that this is a requirement to be eligible, so it should habe mentioned in the eligibility criteria ahead of time in order to prevent people showing up for nothing.

Looking forward to my blood donation. I know it Helps someone that needs plasma. I like the whole process. The LADIES are very friendly and smart and I think they all should get a raise. They deserve it. They work very hard they keep the place super clean and I see the ladies always doing 4 things at a time...

There very clean and theres no line. And can i say there nice and helpful. And they give a bonus every now and again. Almost had the ps5 but got the candy bar lol

The staff there is racist. Dont go there if you are white- they will leave you sitting there after you are done and go unhook all the homies first. I got tired of waiting and had to unhook my self so I got banned. Ill find somewhere where they screen they're employees

I donate twice a week and have never had an issue. Love this place
