Buyer beware!

Zero customer service....would give zero stars if possible.

We wanted to return our order and followed the return instructions. No action to confirm receipt of our return via UPS (we confirmed our return was received).

No response to at least two follow-up e-mails.

I ordered Grill Rescue products in early December for Christmas presents. I also paid for priority shipping and processing. It is now January 13th and I still have not received the shipment. I have sent them 5 emails and called them dozens of times to cancel the order. No one answers the phone and I have received two canned email responses refusing to cancel the order. My credit card was billed but i still don’t have the order one month later. Scammers! Do NOT buy Grill Rescue products!

I just received my Order and it’s missing two items one dunk tank and one black brush hanger. Everything else was complete. The order was placed on December 3, 2025 and received January 2, 2026. I contacted customer service and received an automated response. It's now been over a week and still no response from anyone. These things were to be Christmas gifts. I don't recommend this company.

Order a combo (brush and camo gloves) on 12/17/25, Got the brush, as of today still don't have the gloves. Paid for the shipping protection, didn't do any good. They say you can text and call, but they don't provide a telephone number to do either. I have been emailing them and was asked to send a picture of the brush? I finally sent it on 1/2/26, and still have not received notification of the pair of gloves being shipped or a credit being issued. Personally I now think they are a scam. I fully support both Police and Firefighters, but I also believe these people are a blight on the reputation of firefighters

UPDATE - 2/17/2026 FINALLY RECEIVED THE BALANCE OF THE ORDER.

Like others I ordered items and ever received them. I ordered back on 12/16/25 and as of this post 1/2/2026 never received shipping notifications. I have been emailing and emailing only to be told they are behind. I paid for priority processing and nothing. I am now going to dispute the charge and notify the Attorney Generals office and the BBB for deceptive trade practices. Please stay away from this company or purchase from Amazon. Due to the non responsive service I have also filed a compliant for the attorney general’s office in Florida as that is where they state they are located and filed a dispute with my bank. Please let the Buyer Beware.

Saw ad on Fox News thought it would be a great gift. Paid for 48 hour shipping. Check tracking showed delivered December 24th but never arrived. I emailed them asked to cancel order. Got an email stating they weren’t responsible for holiday delays. Asked again to cancel order, received a response saying they weren’t responsible shipping the items. Still haven’t received or heard anything from grill rescue. Produced finally showed up by USPS mail. Wrapped in a plastic bag, I shipped back unopened for a refund. I had contacted company several times before they shipped product to cancel order but they shipped anyway. I will never order any product advertised on Fox News especially when products are not American made.

The product itself is mediocre at best. It works ok on lightly soiled grills, but not so well on the baked-on debris. I still use my wire brush to get off the tough, built-up grease.
My real gripe with them is their deceptive TV advertising. They imply emergency rooms are overflowing with people who have wire bristles stuck in their throats, and you need to buy this brush for safety reasons. This is laughable and patently false. Save your money and get a good steel brush.

Do not order thru their website. They over promise and under deliver. You will pay for product and not receive it. No phone number to contact them, only email. Saw them advertised on FOX News. Fox needs to quit advertising for them because they are fraud.

Brush cleaning pad keeps falling off since day one. Customer Service experience has been terrible. As others have mentioned, they ask for photos and videos, and then they don’t respond. I have been trying to get a replacement or refund for nearly two months. Customer Service says they do not have a phone line, what company doesn’t have a phone? Grill Brush is nothing but a scam…stay away!

The product is fine, but the website is deceptive. There is a hyperlink to learn more about subscriptions, which most consumers would not click on as we all know how subscriptions work.

That's the catch, subscriptions on this site are different. If you thought you were signing up for a subscription to ship every three months, you did, but you are also not allowed to cancel the sub until you have had three shipments.

The fact that subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the "cycle" has ended and this is not CLEARLY stated on the purchasing page when a consumer chooses a subscription is very deceptive. I wouldn't have even signed up for a subscription if this was made clear at the time.

The company knows that consumers will most likely not click on the link to find out how subscriptions work so the consumer is at the mercy of this ridiculous policy. No commerce site does business like this, at least not the reputable ones.

All of my interactions have been over email thus far and I have asked in my last email for this to be escalated to a supervisor.

One of the tabs that holds the brush to the handle broke after the third use. I tried multiple times to reach support about this and got the exact same canned response each time

"Sorry your gear took a hit — that’s not how we do things at Grill Rescue.

Could you send us a quick photo of the damage and send it back with your reply?

Once we see it, we'll roll out a replacement faster than you can flip a burger."

I sent the photo each time and never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing.

I did order one plus a refill pad. And received it, I could not get the cleaner pad off even after watching their video. Had my brother try removing and the plastic clip broke.He watched their video too. I have emailed them 3 times and crickets. So done ordering anything from Instagram unless I check out trust pilot first.

Like many, I’m finding out, I ordered the Grill Rescue brush over two weeks ago and all I’ve received is multiple emails saying the order has been shipped. First one said it was shipping via UPS. Days later I received a shipment cancellation notice that also indicated that the order would be shipped, instead, via USPS. When I check the new tracking number it says the package has not been picked up yet. No replies to multiple emails to the company and I cannot find a phone number to speak with them directly.

Ghosted.

I could accept an explanation for a delay but there has been no communication at all. This company is not reliable. The order was placed thru their website. I highly recommend not sending this company your money.

Just tried to email them again from their website but the link to send did not work. I attempted again using my own email and it was returned as undeliverable due to full mailbox. This tells me they have abandoned the business.

It appears, currently, that they intend on keeping my money. I will be addressing this with the BBB after posting this review. If I have not received a refund by Friday, 25 July 25, I will be filing a report with the state’s attorney general for fraud.

I was finally able to establish contact with the company via the Better Business Bureau once I filed a complaint. I asked that they keep the product and refund my money. They proceeded with the order but, after another exchange via the BBB, indicated that they would provide a shipping label and provide a full refund once they received the product back.

Since the BBB contact, the company has been quite responsive, and I received the shipping label today. It's a pity they couldn't have been as communicative without the BBB involvement, as I was looking forward to trying the product. However, I will not do business with any organization that is so unresponsive.

Updates to follow until I receive my refund.

I placed an order and have yet to receive the product. I have sent 5 emails with zero response. When I put in my order number to track shipping, the response I get is “order not found”. There is no phone number I can find to call and inquire about my order. I will have to call credit card company to refund money if I do not get a response very soon.

Brush was ordered 14 days ago and still not delivered and has not moved on tracking. Customer service is useless. Only reply with scripted responses.

I placed an order for Father’s Day I spent 69.99 for a gift that never arrived. You call DHL and it say it’s waiting. It has not moved from original location. I tried calling, left numerous emails to no avail.
This company sucks. I demand a refund.

Really like the grill cleaner. However, when i received my order, the dunk tank for the cleaner head was on pre-order. I have emailed the company and also called with no resolution on when I am getting this product. Very disappointed

This is a tentative review. I did a kickstarter with this company, as I liked their ideas and message. Their website proclaimed a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee of ALL of their products, regardless of use or reason, so I decided to give them a shot. What a mistake.

I got the product and, while I really liked the grill brush, the caveman grills were not for me, so I asked for a refund. I was told they don't give a refund because it was bought through Kickstarter. I'm sorry, but, if I bought a companies product, it wouldnt matter where I got it from, the guarantee still stands. Nowhere in the kickstarter page nor on their website did they make a legal disclaimer stating a stipulation to their refund policy. I spent enough money that this warranted a legal dispute. Shame on this company for not honoring it's guarantee.
