The worst company ever! Do not sign up! Customer service is unreliable and a supervisor is never available! They do not call or email back! Will hold money for days after receiving payment!

The sign up was easy and works well. I don’t have to worry about paying bills on time

awful company. They sent me a card and then cancelled it because they said someone made transactions it when I hadnt even activated it yet. Ive been called for 2 days straight with no answers. They keep telling me my support team will get back to me . The app is so glitchy I cant see or transfer my balance which is my entire check. They never call me back and am still waiting on my check . DO NOT DO SIGN UP

I signed up for this service to utilize the advance option they offer. I connected my payroll, linked my bank account which has received my direct deposit for months and they offered no advance.
It states:
——Why is it disabled?
We'll enable early wage access once we're able to verify your payroll deposit account information. This should occur on your next paycheck deposit date.
Your payroll provider needs re-authorization.
Please re-link your payroll provider and try again.
The company is not verified.——

Not one of the above statements is accurate.

-I have received a direct deposit into my Grit account.
- I linked my bank account that has received 10+ direct deposits all from the same company and all were over $1400.
- I successfully linked my payroll provided directly through the Grit app.

I have requested to speak to a supervisor for 2 days now with zero response. There’s a reason this company has 2 stars on the App Store.

Can't even use your service. I don't even know if it is real but yeah, whatever you're supposed to be, I didn't get to experience.

Grit representative was very patient with answer my question before I joined. She made sure I had all the information before joining. I have been pleased and I am happy to not have to worry about missing due dates on bills anymore. Thank you Grit Team
