Found some multicam black cpu pants on a great deal on this website but I couldn't find a sizing guide. So at 2100 on a Saturday night I decided to drop them a message on the store chat. Within minutes, I had an answer, and then gave them my order. I paid the invoice the day after and received within 4 working days. Excellent service, excellent cpu pants. Thankyou Olga.

There was a bit of confusion over whether the item had been shipped but arrived. Kept informed by Olga. Good kit and excellent fit.

Scammers!
Bought an expensive jacket in their British webshop. They told me the item was send from Russia, but never it arrived!
Now they say the item is in Customs for over a month, but they can't get in contact.
After i contacted them about my refund for a never received jacket, they said don't want to refund until they had the jacket back!

I have been in contact with the post office, and there is no jacket!
Stop lying about me not wanting to pay customs!
Because in one email you say you can't reach them, and in the other email you say that I don't want to pay for clearance!
I told you before that I do want to pay the customs clearance costs! Just send that invoice!
So do what a good salesperson is supposed to do! Take care of the clearance bill, because it's not your customers' job to go after their expensively paid stuff themselves!
Because you are responsible for the item until it is delivered!

I’m incredibly happy with my purchase of the Nelma winter hat - I work a lot in the Scottish mountains (photography) and am often sat in the same position for hours so I need quality warm clothing, and finding a properly warm and durable hat has proved impossible in the UK, that was until I found the Grizzlyman shop. The staff/owners were also very friendly, all my emails were answered very quickly and they were very helpful, I also received the item within the time they had advised. My fishing suit has arrived and it looks excellent, comfortable, light. Can’t wait to try it on the bank. The customer service is excellent as i had to replace the suite to bigger size, will be buying again if i need, thank you. The quality and price is the key!!!

Ad Stated my order would be delivered between14th-24th Jan after i purchased the triton pursuit on the 13th jan. it then arrived 3rd of Feb.
The delivery date changed to 15-20 days when i initially purchased. which I found misleading..
A team member "Olga" Was very prompt replying to my queries and relayed any relevant information I was missing about my purchase.

I ordered the "Texas" softshell trousers with elasticated waist that were sized 104 - 108 cm waist as stated on the items tag, but on recieving them they only measured 102 cm fully expanded. I might of only paid £43.20 in the sale but considering they are suppose to be £72 trousers they could at least get the size correct. I would of returned them but I don't have a printer to print return label. The item also arrived late but that was down to dpd.
