They are on top of our problems and work rapidly to resolve them. Answers all of my questions. Great team to work with. Communicates very well.

Great Calibration Service & Excellent Customer Service

The Office Staff and Technicians at GR Metrology are always helpful in dealing with calibration scheduling & equipment issues for our testing equipment for our company. Their expertise, organization, and outstanding customer service help keep this daunting task manageable. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Great Calibration Service

The Staff at GR Metrology helps to coordinate FSMA required calibrations and performance verification for hundreds of pieces of testing equipment for our company. Their expertise, organization, and customer service tools helps keep this daunting task manageable. I would recommend their services to anyone with the same needs.

Great technicians, service with near location

Working with GRM has been helpful in dealing with all calibration requirements over the past year. GRM steps up to help get our complicated situations answered. This company being in West Michigan has been a huge blessing for location purposes.
