This company shows Sherdan Wyoming as its location. It uses Wyoming registered agents to hide the ownership. They screwed me for $150. Never sent my order of nutrients. After researching Wyoming Registered Agent Companies, I learned that its the state for hiding shell compnies!! It took me several months to recover my money. You have to contact the Wyoming State Attorney Generals office to file a complaint.
They will mail you a complaint form in the mail that you must fill out and return. It took another month or so but I got a check from the owner!! Its a real scam/shell company that uses Wyoming Registered agents to conceal their identities. Most scammers use Wyoming Registeted Agents. Most of the bad ones are listed as Sheridan Wyoming locations like Groindoor to conceal their identities legally. But like Groindoor, non of them are located there. If you are buying something online from a company in Wyoming, be careful, check it out first for negative reviews. To get your money back, you have to go through the hassle of going through the Wyoming Attorney Generals Office. But, they will get you your money back!!

Sooooo I ordered a Nectar For the Gods, Aphrodite Extraction, 5 Gallon bucket since Hawthorn put NFG out of business and you won't be able to get this stuff anymore. Screw Hawthorn btw... F them real hard.
Anyways, after a few days my order hadn't shipped so I started googling and I found all these reviews. Upon reading them, I was salty af so I reached out to GroIndoor and filed a claim with paypal. Got the same response as everyone else. Sara said they are working on it. I was not hopeful...
However, I would just like to say that I received my order! It took a little longer than expected, but it is the holidays after all. A 5 gallon bucket of Aphrodite for $88 is a steal. Thanks Sara and thanks GroIndoor. I couldn't be happier!!

2 months of emails and I can't even get a return address! This company is a total scam

Complete trash company. Hard to reach anyone for help. They switched up the shipping after I ordered, and then the product wasn't as described and now they won't respond to any messages. They have inaccurate descriptions and offer no help. I would be happy if they would just correct their site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it if you do.

Refunded my order for no reason. Their reason was it was my request. Crap website. All these reviews speak for themselves.

Over a month no contact this company is a scam

I also wish I had read these reviews…. Received one item with missing hardware. Emailed and spoke to Sarah multiple times. Now no one answers the phone or responds to emails. I used a debit card so I’m not sure I can do a chat back but will try…:-(

After 1 week, no contact was made to me except to sell me more products. Forget about calling it gets you nowhere, emails get answered by Sarah, but she always has to look into it. Finally got my order after contesting the charges as fraudulent.
Received my shipment but one of the C. F. Ls did not work properly. Amex give me full credit for the entire purchase. Caveat emptor.

Terrible service. Been waiting for a year on a refund, and they will not answer me now. DO NOT order from this company.

Ordered a 5gal bucket (45lbs) of fertilizer and a 13lb block of grow media for $74 in shipping. Media arrived and my fertilizer didn't. Contacted company via email and was immediately told that it was out of stock and a refund was immediately issued. Except they charged me $74 to ship a 13lb block of grow media. Contacted company again only to be ghosted. Bad company. Bad everything. I'm disputing my charges.

Damn, wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Placed an order for 2 items, paid extra for 2nd day FedEx. Package was shipped standard ground, and when it finally arrived I found they only shipped one item.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Not going to waste any more of my time trying to get my money back. Should have been a simple business transaction….

This company ripped me off!!! Do not use! $800 dollar charge and we never received our product. I cannot get through to customer service. Noone will return calls or emails.

Placed an order for 3 items only to get 1 item 2 weeks later called and was hung up on as soon as I gave my name emailed was told it was on its way wish I would have seen the reviews first but at least I got one thing I ordered

Almost placed an order, but luckily i found out it's a scam company, I've reported it so Shopify so they can take action on these scammers. Go ahead and report it to Shopify which is the ecommerce platform they use.

Scam..just as the other reviews explain. Sara appears to be the only one working here.

I ordered plastic grow bags for my garden totaling around $200. The company never shipped. I then called the company and they told me it was leaving the warehouse tomorrow. They never shipped. I contacted them again and they gave me some line that the order was canceled and there was a chargeback. Some scammer lady named sara. I never received a refund. If you have been scammed contact me at kustomdesigner at gmail, this company has scammed enough people we may be able to work together to file a class action lawsuit if we have enough people. Let's shut down these scammers once and for all.

This company is a joke...ordered potting containers...recieved an email the same day that product was ready to ship...2 weeks later I called asking for a refund and was told it had left their warehouse even though I did not receive a shipping confirmation. 3 weeks later called and emailed and was told that I could not be refunded bc the item had already shipped. I asked Sara where the item is bc I've been waiting 3 weeks and she has not responded....reporting this scam

Wow, somehow I thought they were just a poorly run company but I see now they’re a total scam. Just like everyone else I ordered something and they keep promising it’s being pulled from the warehouse and shipping, but after a month now I can see it’s never going to arrive. The odd thing is that Sara actually responded to emails, not sure why because they already took my money. Do not do business with them, you’ll be out your money.

1 star is being generous. Everything on the website is super cheap. You know what they say, if it's too good to be true...it's a scam. DO NOT order anything from this website. I repeat, DO NOT order anything from this website. You'll never see your order. Or your money. You've been warned. Report them to USA.gov and the FTC so they can be shut down.
