I am very pleased with my Grooni PEMF


I am very pleased with my Grooni PEMF mat! There was a little hiccup in that I received the wrong mat initially but the support staff was amazing! I sent an email and heard back from them within one hour. They referred me to a return specialist and sent me a label so that I could return the incorrect item right away. They actually even sent the correct item before they received the wrong one back! That just doesn’t happen. I think they were the most responsive company I’ve worked with regarding a return issue.

Incapable to deliver an order

On the 31st of October 2025 I ordered a PEMF mat from your company. It was a nightmare from a to z. I am from Canada, at first I was not receiving my order and I asked why, I was told that it was back order and that soon it would shipped from your company in Atlanta, Georgia USA to the warehouse that you have in Canada, I had to wait until after Christmas for this to happen. Once this order was finally in Canada, it was shipped through UPS and they sent is to the wrong address in Montreal, Quebec, after 3 attempts to correct the address UPS kept sending the order in British Columbia , which is totally at the other end of Canada related to my address. When attempting correct the address they kept resending it to the same wrong address in Montreal. In the end I was so tired of all this that I asked to be refunded which I obtained but even this was complicated. So, after, almost 4 months and around 100 emails exchange with the very nice lady named Gina Gate from the customer service everything is over now.

Now, let me talk about miss Gina Gate. She is a GEM of a customer service agent, I really like interacting with her. All along the way she was assiduous at replying to my inquiries and was really genuine at trying to resolve this very usual situation. This woman is very well rounded, she is really paying attention to what she is asked, she has a very good emotional intelligence, she is very devoted, she is polite and very good at what she is doing, to conclude she is a true professional. My experience with her is A+, if there is one thing that was positive in this experience, it is to have gotten the chance to interact with her. I never had the chance before to interact with a good customer service like her and I am sure I never will either. She is exceptional.

The problem in this situation, is that it seemed that the people at shipping , to be polite, are far from being as good at their job as miss Gate is at hers, which seem to have totally sapped all her efforts at solving the situation.

Again, thank you miss Gate for everything.

On behalf of the entire team, I want to sincerely apologize for the logistical nightmare you endured. Between the initial backorder delay and the subsequent confusion with UPS, we realize how frustrating it is to wait months for a health investment like a PEMF mat, only to have it crisscross the country due to shipping errors. While carrier logistics occasionally fail in ways that are unfortunately out of our direct control, we take full responsibility for the oversight in coordination.

Please know that we are already taking internal measures to review our shipping processes and communication with our international warehouses to ensure this kind of "comedy of errors" doesn’t happen to another customer.

Grooniearthing false, and Lying 20% LOVEPULSE fake AD

Grooni earthing advertised a February 2026 additional 20% off ad by using the code LOVEPULSE. When I actually tried to use it, it only gave 10% off, not the 20% off, as stated in the Ad. When I complained via email, Regina Gate replied that it meant a sliding scale of 10 - 20% off, not the advertised 20% off. I went back and read the whole ad page at least 5 times. It states very clearly, ADDITIONAL 20% OFF, not the false, misleading sliding 10 - 20 % off Regina Gate stated to me. I emailed Regina Gate, informed her of her lies and falsehoods, told her to either give customers the 20% OFF or take down their lying Ad, So far, No RESPONSE to my last email. Their last ad also repeated the same false, misleading, lying Ad. I told her to correct the ad, because, we, her loyal and long term customers Deserve better. what a shame.

I ordered a king size mat but was later told that due to global logistics they werent sure when they would receive it to ship it to me. Regina was super accommodating on my refund request and I ordered one they had in stock. Great company to deal with

My husband ordered a grooniearthing mat


My husband ordered a grooniearthing mat as he had heard great things about it. Once we received it he was unaware of the warning that anyone with a medical implant should not use one and since he had a medical pain pump implanted he proceeded to reach out to the company to return it.
This company understood his conundrum and happily refunded his money. We are very impressed with their communications, help and support.

Worth the price

I received my 12 core PEMF infrared Therapy Mat Pro two weeks ago. Since that time I have used it everyday on level P5 for 30 minutes.
It was my wife who had been doing research on PEMF mats and had sent me the link to the Grooni Earthing site.
I have been limping for the past year and a half trying to deal with pain on the medial side of my left knee due to osteoarthritis . This issue had stopped me from running, jogging, and even walking without pain. I had over the counter pills for pain relief, topical creams, patella braces and a full knee brace without success.
Purchasing this mat wasn’t an easy decision as spending $1000 on something that might not work for me seemed almost too much. However after reading testimonials and reviews and research articles online I decided to get it.
I have zero regrets with my purchase so far. To start off the customer service has been phenomenal, Regina answered all my questions very quickly. When the mat arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the product. I honestly was not expecting the quality of mat that I received. Now after using the mat for 15 days straight I currently have no pain in my knee when walking. Yesterday I tried a few jogging steps had no pain but shut it down after 10 steps as I did not want to push my luck.
I can’t speak for others but not limping daily and being pain free is priceless! With Grooni’s 60 day money back guarantee I would encourage everyone reading this to try it.
As an update I have now used the mat for a month straight and have continued to see improvement in my pain free movement.

I had a great experience with both the product and customer support. I accidentally ordered the grounding mat twice and contacted customer service—they responded very promptly and were extremely helpful. The mat I originally ordered was on backorder, so they upgraded my order so I could receive it sooner, which I really appreciated.
There was also a mix-up where I received an unrelated product, but they corrected it quickly and sent my plush grounding mat with express shipping. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
I’ve now been using the plush grounding mat and have already been experiencing the benefits. Thank you to the team for turning a situation that didn’t start smoothly into such a positive experience. Excellent service and a great product!
