I truly can't thank Groovy Ruby's enough! After experiencing issues with my previous florist, your team swooped in and completely turned my day around with less than a week to go until my wedding. The level of communication, reassurance, and support I received from everyone was exceptional during a really stressful time. I placed my order, and it arrived in just two days! It was packed safely to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition. When I opened the package, I was overwhelmed with joy—everything was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I can’t wait to showcase the flowers at my wedding next week. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my special day even better and bringing back my excitement before the big event! Would highly recommend you to anyone needing flowers for any occasion.

My husband and I got our flowers from your website for our big day after reading so many good reviews so we ordered my bouquet, the flower girl basket, my bridesmaids bouquets, and buttonholes through your company. I have been in love with them since recieving them, they are so beautiful and they fit so perfectly for our 24/04/25 wedding. Everything matched our colors, looked beautiful and you couldn't even tell they were artificial flowers. Such a lovely experience with customer service with buying and recieving them as well which is of course a bonus. Thanks so much for the flowers. Would definitely recommend to any brides or grooms searching for the perfect arrangement!

Flowers were amazing! I was so worried about how they would arrive with them being posted but they turned up all wrapped and not a flower out of place, I especially loved the little charm that came in the box as a thank your for my order. Everyone on the day commented that they thought my flowers were real and how beautiful they were. Would highly recommend for any occasion

Wow, what can I say… groovyruby were amazing start to finish. Ordered bridal/ bridesmaid flowers and then added buttonholes and cake toppers, they arrived well packed and just looked amazing, I have a lot of lovely compliments about our flowers. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone getting married

We ordered a bridal bouquet, three bridesmaid bouquets, a top table piece, button holes and wrist corsages. All items arrived in time for the wedding, packaged to protect them and labelled appropriately to ensure the package was handled with care. All of the flowers were stunning and lasted very well, even against toddlers! The flowers had a very real effect and felt like actual flowers. Very impressed.

I bought a floral comb for our niece to wear with her veil on her wedding day. It’s absolutely beautiful and she’s so happy with it.
I’ve not used Groovy Ruby before and it was only a small order but I had a good experience and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who’s interested.

I'm not one for writing reviews...but I received my order today and my flowers are stunning and better in real life. Words cannot describe how happy I am with them.

Had to changed the date so my my flowers arrive early for my wedding day and they were happy for me to changed and they arrived today , I have to say I'm absolutely over the moon with them , and the colour is spot on with my bridesmaids dresses, thank you again Groovy Ruby

Ordered my flowers and not disappointed there lovely and well made communication was excellent

Ordered a crosage for my daughter prom. Pictures looked beautiful.
When it arrived ribbon was missing, no lily of the valley, and the wristlet it was on wasn't the beautiful thin delicate diamanté that was pictured it was a tacky think cheap plastic ball one that you can buy on eBay for 1.90, when i messaged them I was told it was made as the picture ha ha, it wasn't then I was told the wristlet they show wasn't available which is why they did it on the one they sent. I should have even contacted regarding this, nothing should have been made without checking first as I would have said no. It looks cheap and tacky and for over £30 definitely not worth the money what so ever. Also be prepared to remove stringy glue from all over your purchases.
If i could add picture i would.
Not the first time ive had issues, had issues in 2021 when they sent items from my wedding with issues. But i gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a second chance, mistake on my part there.
Also the lady i was talking too lacks customer service skills

Absolutely over the moon with my boquet. As in the picture and the quality is amazing. Can't wait for the big day and see them with my dress.
Also the little extra they put in was a nice sweet suprise too.
The flowers were also really well packaged and labelled as fragile. 10/10

Our flowers arrived today and they are beautiful! They were beautifully packed as well - you can tell such care has been taken to ensure they have arrived exactly as they were when they left you. Can’t wait for everyone to see them!
