Groundingessentials

I'm really impressed with the quality and thoughtful design of the Grounding Essentials grounding mat. It's a unique wellness product, and I appreciate having an easy way to incorporate grounding into my daily routine right from the side of my bed.

Shipping was quick, and the customer support experience was excellent. I initially reached out because I thought I might be missing an adapter to connect the mat to my electrical outlet. Their team was helpful, and I soon learned that the included cord connects directly to the grounding port of a standard household outlet—no additional adapter needed!

I appreciate the concept and science behind grounding, and having a well-designed mat at home gives me peace of mind. Overall, I've had a positive experience with both the product and the company.

I'd recommend checking out Grounding Essentials if you're interested in exploring grounding or incorporating more holistic wellness products into your home.

I placed an order for over €150 more than 14 days ago. According to the confirmation email, the delivery time was supposed to be 5–10 business days.

Since placing my order, I have received absolutely no communication regarding the status of my order, no shipping confirmation and no tracking information.

I have already contacted customer service because I would simply like to know what is happening with my order. Spending more than €150 and receiving no information whatsoever is really disappointing and, in my opinion, not professional.

I hope they will respond and resolve this situation quickly.

It is an understatement to say that my sleep quality, comfort, and REM cycles have improved tenfold since using the grounding bed sheet
from Grounding Essentials International. The effectiveness actually shocked me on the very first night. Because I am a heavy sleeper, I used
to frequently experience nightmares, wake up feeling groggy, or suffer
from tension headaches due to a lack of movement throughout the night.
When I laid down for bed that first night, the next thing I knew, my alarm was going off. I woke up with no tight muscle headache and no nightmares—only a completely refreshed feeling. As I continue to use it, my body is finally catching up on quality sleep. I feel more
energetic every day, almost like a child waking up and springing out of bed.
Another unexpected benefit of the bed sheet was the pain relief it provided for my boyfriend, which validated that these results weren't just in my head. After many years of flying, he developed degenerative disc disease in his spine that often causes immediate pain upon waking. Since using the grounding sheet, his morning pain is almost non-existent, and his range of motion has noticeably improved.
Finally, what I truly love about these bed sheets is that they provide a passive, healthy habit. I can reap the benefits seamlessly without adding another task to my busy schedule. On days when I have more flexibility, I still enjoy using a mobile grounding unit or practicing barefoot grounding outside. But, having these sheets makes it effortless to incorporate the benefits of grounding into my daily life. Love it!

The people I interacted with at the company were super kind and helpful! I only gave three stars because I havent noticed any difference yet, not sure if I havent used the grounding mat long enough or maybe it just doesnt work for me personally.

I’ve been using the grounding mat for about a week now and really like it so far. It was super easy to set up, feels comfortable under my feet, and I love that I can use it while working at my desk without changing my routine.

The mat also came nicely packaged in a tube, which is great for storing it when I’m not using it. After a week, I’ve noticed that I feel more relaxed while using it, and I’m definitely planning to keep it as part of my daily routine.

Overall, really happy with the quality and my experience so far!

I've been sleeping on the grounding sheets for about a week now, and my first impression is how comfortable they are. I have a king bed and normally need to specifically look for deep-pocket sheets, but these fit perfectly and have stayed in place.

The first night I got into bed, I remember thinking, “Why didn't I come to bed sooner? This is so nice.” Honestly, I've had that same thought pretty much every night since. They just feel really cozy.

As far as my sleep goes, after the first week I feel like I'm falling asleep faster and sleeping more soundly. I've noticed that I'm not waking up as often throughout the night, I'm tossing and turning less, and I've had fewer of the weird, vivid dreams that sometimes interrupt my sleep.

It's obviously still early, and I can't say for certain how much of that is directly related to the grounding sheets, but those are the changes I've noticed during my first week using them. So far, between the fit, comfort, and how I've been sleeping, my experience has been very positive.

I tried these grounding sheets hoping they would improve my sleep and help with pain based on claims made by the company. I did notice improvement in my sleep and the sheets were very soft, comfortable, and also stayed cool. Overall, I am very happy with these sheets and hope to see more improvement over time.

My overall experience with the Grounding Essentials grounding bedsheet has been very positive. It was simple to set up, comfortable to sleep on, and easy to incorporate into my normal nighttime routine. I like that there’s nothing extra I had to do once it was connected. I can simply sleep as usual. I’ve enjoyed trying it as part of my wellness and recovery routine, and I’m interested in continuing to use it over time to see how it improves my overall sleep and how I much better I will continue to feel in the mornings to come.

Really happy with my experience with Grounding Essentials. The product quality is excellent and works exactly as expected. What really stood out was their customer service—when I had an issue, their team responded quickly and resolved it without any hassle. Great product and a very reliable support team. Highly recommended!

I’ve really enjoyed using this product every day. Since I work from home, it has become part of my daily routine, and I’ve personally noticed improvements in my sleep and overall stress levels.

The mat is very comfortable, feels well made, and the materials seem high quality. If you’re looking for your first grounding mat, I would definitely recommend investing in this one rather than going with a cheaper alternative.

The fitted sheet worked perfectly for 3 months. I then noticed my back aching in the mornings, and disturbed sleep. After two weeks, I decided to use the tester to check the sheet was still grounded. It wasn’t.
I emailed the company. They were super helpful. I sent videos of me testing the sheet. Once they were satisfied that the sheet was faulty, they replaced it. It arrived the day later! It works perfectly. My back ache has gone again and I am sleeping soundly again. The good news to come out of all this, is it categorically proved these grounding sheets work. Plus their after sales service was excellent. With so many company’s offering similar products, it is sometimes hard to choose.
I can’t recommend Grounding Essentials highly enough.

I like that they are fitted sheets and so they stay in place compared to other brand. It might not affect my sleeping habits but all my pains are gone when I get up in the morning! The customer service is excellent as I made an error choosing the right plug and received the right one thereafter.

I experienced the customer service as very responsive, understanding and supportive to find good solutions. I had first received a defaulted product (sandals) that were quickly changed + a gifted product extra. The quality seems good to me, with an attention to the details.
