Do not use this service. They failed to provide accounts on time. Eventually when provided with 2 years accounts at once and we raised issues and queries they said I sent too many emails. Blamed leaseholders for their errors and when reported to the Ombudsman’s which took weeks they resigned. We still have to make sure we get our money back!! Ground Solutions Director appointed himself the only director of our RTM company then again blamed leaseholders. When challenged about money spent instead of answering our questions they have resigned. Still waiting for answers and the accounts were finally provided on the 1.11.23.

Closest thing to legal bunch of cowboy scammers you will ever meet. Rob you blind for money and get little to nothing in value back. This company is filling their pockets with people money and they're contracted to just take it.

10k to cut some grass, we see them 6 times a year foe 2 hours. Poorly done, dead trees, shrubs, and weeds as far as you can see. They threaten massive price rises if you want them to do what we were actually sold.

Their staff are rude, obnoxious and incompetent at best. One day they will face criminal charges for what they're doing.

Disgusting.

Lack of management and the customer service is hiding behind excuses.

The poster child for indifference and bad service.To get a return phone call would take an act of God.The cleaners are great but the office staff are about as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike.To get a job with this company you would need to totally lack any customer service skills and effectively not really care about anything else than collecting a paycheck.

Worst company we have had to deal with. They charge you for maintenance they haven’t even done, we had to refuse to pay because they hadn’t even maintained the estate. Once all the residents complained they then came along and did some maintenance. AGAIN they have charged us another fee and right outside my house where they are meant to maintain, there are weeds growing and it looks dreadful…. What are we actually paying for? You are robbing people. Not professional company at all, and if we refuse to pay they threaten you with the solicitors, but you don’t pay for a service that isn’t being done?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY.

Compromised from the most lazy people and do t care attitude.
But they quick to charge you for money and ask for services they not provided.

Absolute joke of a company. They are non existent and blatantly slapping people with invoices for services they don’t deliver. We have made countless off efforts to reach them to no avail and the only time you hear from them is when they solicit payments for so called services they don’t do. If you have an invoice with the breakdown of expenditures, take a closer look as the numbers and services stated don’t add up! ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Worst company ever. Don't do the maintenance works they have been paid for and threat people with legal actions when the take care about THEY front gardens.

Absolute waste of money paying these people, occasional visits very poor landscape maintenance. Hope we can ditch this outfit soon.

Ground soloutions apparently maintain. Oak grange in Mickleton Gloucestershire. The standard of work is atrocious. They come out inconsistently during the main growing season. They leave an awful mess. They strim all the grass onto the paths instead of on to the grass. This causes weeds to grow in all the paths and roof. Recently they have sprayed all around the edges of all the lawns killing all the healthy grass. Their staff clearly have no training on correct way to carry out their tasks. The estate used to be kept relatively well but in the last 2 years it the work they do does more damage than good. They are incompetent and have made the whole estate look awful. They don't care as they just are a law unto themselves. They do not respond to complaints or request for information. Emailed so.may times.and just ignored and they expect to be paid for destroying the grounds and not keeping clients informed.
A disgraceful maintenance company.

We sadly at the moment have this bunch of Cowboys on our site in Clifton Bedfordshire there utter rubbish cant even cut the grass properly or take there rubbish away with them .We as a estate our wasting our money and time to get rid of the OUTLAWS fast .

Awful company with terrible customer service. We have to pay an annual fee on our estate & we have no choice but to pay. If we don’t, we can’t sell our house. It’s in our covenants. Wouldn’t mind paying if they did a good job.

They show up maybe twice a year, they do the bare minimum & often leave making more mess than before they arrived. 5 years on & the shrubs in our street look awful. Some tiny, some tall. Terribly spaced where they were planted & at times the weeds have been 3 foot tall. We have weeded ourselves as sick of waiting for this company to show up. A couple of years ago, they rocked up & pulled out the shrubs that were establishing themselves & replaced them with new shrubs half the size of the originals. Why???? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Some of the previous shrubs were strewn across the pavement & left to die! The newer shrubs are an eyesore.

Last year I asked if I could pay in instalments rather than in one go. The response was a resounding no. On the other hand, Tirion, who we have to pay an additional charge to, arranged a monthly plan without hesitation. They could not have been more helpful. They put Ground Solutions to shame.

This company on our site have previously had huge issues in obtaining payment from residents. I have no empathy with this company at all because it’s fully understandable why there is a reluctance to pay! I have experienced next to no service from them for more than 5 years.

The hedge in our boundary & the 3 houses next to me died recently. Ground Solutions are responsible for these. I contacted the property developer & our neighbour contacted Ground Solutions. GS responded saying it was not their responsibility. As the neighbour commented, our fronts were looking like the Adams Family House.

We have all now had to pull up the dead hedges ourselves, and at cost, lay gravel & plant our own plants.

No idea where our money goes to be honest. Just read the other reviews & can’t find one positive one - how surprising. Only awarded 1 star as no zero option to select.

Just got our annual bill through. Yes they want payment in advance. We pay by bank transfer so this year, I’m going to pay at my leisure. 4 separate payments whether they agree or not.

Our previous neighbours who lived next to us still moan about them a couple of years on. Company is a joke.

The worst management company I have ever come across. Out property manager Kerrie hardly responds to emails. She came to visit our site over a year ago and promised to look into a number of issues and guess what not a single thing done.
We live in a block of 5 apartments and they are trying to charge is £2500 per apartment for what?!
Things don’t get fixed, hardly see the window cleaner, rude staff, trying to charge us for a £5,000 electric bill we all know nothing about.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I have contacted Ground Solutions to assist with portal sign on, access to documents and name change due to marriage.

The Customer Service received has been super. Prompt, efficient and professional.
