This is an amazing group and an amazing community! The person leaving a 1 star review is disgruntled because they likely didn't read the rules and refused to follow the rules, thinking they didn't apply to them.

I have received several group buy orders with no problems whatsoever. The orders do take longer because they are bulk purchase orders. This is clearly explained up front and also reiterated multiple times in the chat on a daily basis. Be patient, and you'll get the best deal you've ever gotten! Don't bother with this group. They are filled with aggressive people and the owners are aggressive as well. If you question anything they ban you. They are also over priced and charge a ton of fees as well as extremely long shipping times. Its faster and cheaper to find a good source in china.
