Overall I feel it was a user friendly service, great selection, well designed app. Although I did experience difficulties with Apple Pay but this issue may have been at my end, I attempted it twice and gave up. Majority of people participated however I did get feedback regarding the legitimacy of the app due to scams and AI manipulation- I needed to send out a follow up email and confirm it was okay to use, the the link was sent by me. Also, I wasn’t sure of the cost and how much I was required to pay for the service upfront. Apart from those small details- I absolutely loved it and will use it again. Thank you for making this such an easy process and great way of grouping people together. Well done 👍

I recently used GroupTogether and was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for the team—they were responsive, accommodating, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly.

This is the first time I have coordinated an eCard and team contributions for a gift. It was very easy and when I did need to ask a question of your support team, they answered almost immediately. Great service and easy product to navigate.

I did not like not being able to select a visa card for the amount to be transferred to at completion. This would be so much better if possible. Thanks.

Great platform that makes collections easy. Easy to navigate. Would have appreciated an email confirming funds had been spent and how long to expect money in account. For a little worried I hadn't done it properly.

It was very easy to set up and to explain to people who weee invited. The only thing is someone has asked what happened with the gift even though I sent an email to everyone. There is no ability to send the details to one person- your site says signees, contributors or both? How can you help me just let one person know as for whatever reason she hasn’t seen the email

Super easy to set up. Ilike that you could copy the link and send it in your own outlook account.
Variety of options for gifts to select from.

I love this platform. It makes card and gift giving from a large group a very easy thing to do. I love the selection of cards, the selection and options of gifts giving. It is brilliant!

We were able to get a link to around 200 employees. Only downside is the website is a bit glitchy. We had people phoning because the website would time-out whilst completing the card. A number of people came to the office to manually write on the card to overcome this.

Very simple and effective solution to putting together an end of season coaches gift!

Very easy to navigate and so easy for staff to be able to sign and contribute without the hassle of cash!!

Very easy to set up a card and fund.
Easy to close out at end and put money towards a gift card.
Was also able to re-open the card on the last day to let some late comers add to the fund.
