I have been taking Grova gummies for nearly 6 months now and I find them absolutely fantastic. Products rarely live up to the company information but these really do. Each benefit they list I can say YES to each of them. They also taste delicious so they are a lovely daily treat. I'll be continuing my 3 month supply indefinitely. Super product.

Total Wellness Mushroom Gummies have helped my sleep pattern. I was lucky to get 5-6 hours a night but over the last 2 months taking just 2 gummies a day I am sleep sounder and longer. I will continue to take them and hopefully the improved focus and less stress will come given the extra sleep I am now getting.
