I was so impressed with the service from Grove Ear Clinic. From my initial enquiry, which was answered extremely quickly by Rachael, to the appointment with Luky - on a bank holiday Monday, no less.... もっず芋る

We are a group of Ears, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctors offering treatment for earwax build-up. Having worked in the region for a number of years we became aware of the growing need for a community earwax service that is easy to access, affordable and backed up by clinical experience. When you have a problem with your ears it can have a big impact on your day to day life and wellbeing. Often the solution is simple. We set up Grove Ear Clinic with the vision of offering a high quality and effective treatment for earwax in a friendly environment.

The lady was very knowledgeable and


The lady was very knowledgeable and professional.
The service was brilliant!
The lady even wrote me a follow up email to show the Dr as I needed a further app.
My only complaint would be that the Fakenham surgery has an out of hours door and it only opens when someone lets you in. As this was my first appointment I waited outside in the rain until someone came. This was around 15 mins.
