My son’s consultation with Nikki was superb. My son has autism and she was fantastic explaining every step of the wax removal process to him. We have had many experiences with healthcare professionals over the years, and she was the best in interacting with him.

Customer care was amazing. Nikki took her time to discuss my ear issues which I was able to convey back to my own doctor. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic to others.

Nikki, the practitioner, was very professional and thorough - taking me through every step of the procedure. When it came to the procedure itself - she was extremely careful and again explained every step. The environment is very comfortable and calming. All in all a five star service.

I received a very professional welcome from Nikki at the Grove Ear Clinic based at the Fakenham Medical Practice today . Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for a very clear and detailed explanation was given to me and advice for me to have further investigations regarding my hearing .

The session I had with Nicola was very good, she was very patient and talked me through each step… I would definitely recommend Grove ear clinic to family and friends.

I had a compacted ear wax problem which was not cleared at another clinic. Nikki cleared the problem with suction and tweezers- hearing restored.

I did not have to wait long to get an appointment, which was a relief as I was in discomfort. The appointment was on time, Nikki kept me informed throughout the appointment about what she was doing. At the end of the appointment explained next steps very clearly and followed this up with an email. Very impressed and happy with the service.

I did not have to wait long to be given an available appointment, and my earwax removal session started at precisely the agreed time. Nikki carried out the procedure in a very competent and professional way, and her friendly and reassuring manner made me feel comfortable throughout. I will certainly go to this ear clinic again, the best out of many such places I have visited. Thoroughly recommended.

With historic ear problems , the Clinic was very responsive to my initial concerns and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the process . I was also provided with a very helpful follow on email to pass to my GP
