Appointing Grove Partners to manage our 18-flat estate is the best decision we’ve made. As RMC directors, we wanted an estate manager who genuinely specialises in smaller developments and understands our specific needs. We knew Grove Partners was a newly started company and were slightly apprehensive about appointing them, but they have been fantastic. They are incredibly honest, transparent, and always easy to deal with.
They publish a unique website for each development they manage which informs residents and leaseholders about key information, estate policies and updates. As Directors we have access to a section of our website where we can see all invoices, bank statements, periodic financial reports, insurance policies, compliance documents etc. without needing to ask for them. They assured us they would make the admin and management side of things "self-serve" for us, and they have clearly invested in technology to achieve this. It really is so helpful to have everything in one place.
Beyond the technology, the overall improvements to the appearance of our development—both inside and outside—have been very noticeable. We now feel we have an "enhanced service" without incurring a premium price tag. Grove Partners strives to get competitive contractor quotes and, probably for the first time, we can see where our money is being spent. We trust them to make wise financial decisions, and they provide swift, knowledgeable answers to our questions from a team that has quickly come to understand how our site works and what it needs.
After more than a decade of dealing with a large local agency, Grove Partners has finally delivered the value-for-money service that we were desperate to find. Their transparency and excellent communication have given us a greater sense of assurance that we are dealing with an honest agent. As RMC Directors, it is a massive relief to work with a team we have come to completely trust in such a short period. Truly delighted with their service!

Grove Partners are professional property managers with exceptional attention to detail and maintenance. Overall living at the property is pleasing, as communal areas are frequently cleaned, and outside garden space is maintained regularly. Most strikingly is the visibility and accessibility of Grove Partners on the premises. Oftentimes you needn’t submit a work request or offer feedback online and wait for a response (and even then, they’re fast). From experience, this is a quality that previous property managers have not achieved. Furthermore, all requests are taken seriously and fairly. Great care and attention is put into our building, making it an exceptional place to live. Its easy to take pride in a property when its managers do the same.
