I’ve been a customer since this company first opened, and unfortunately I now agree with the growing number of recent negative reviews online and local friends . In my experience, the quality of both their products and customer service has declined significantly. google search them and read the bad reviews !

One major concern is the sale of expired products. On multiple occasions, I’ve received items that appeared to have altered or obscured expiration labels. When I raised questions about this, I either received no response or was given unclear answers, which only added to my concerns.

Over the past two years, my orders have also been inconsistently fulfilled. Items listed as “in stock” at the time of purchase were later marked as “warehouse transfer” with no clear timeline. In one case, it took four months to receive part of an order, without any prior notice that the item was unavailable or on backorder. My current order has been pending for over three months with no updates.

Attempts to contact the company have been largely unsuccessful. Emails and text messages requesting order updates have gone unanswered for weeks. Phone support is unreliable—calls often go unanswered, and voicemail boxes are full. On the rare occasion I did reach a representative, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told to “contact the office,” despite already having done so multiple times, and the call was abruptly ended before I could ask further questions or request a resolution. What a unpleasant and unprofessional worker and my guess it’s whole team ( read others reviews )

Given these repeated issues—misleading stock information, lack of communication, questionable product quality, and poor customer service—I can no longer recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would rate them 0 out of 5. I am now pursuing a dispute through my credit card provider, as I no longer feel confident that my order will be fulfilled or handled appropriately.

It's been 2 months and my order still hasn't shipped. They don't answer the phones, emails, chat, text nothing . It doesn't matter what time of day you call. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE!

These guys are the worst. I’ve tried to work with them and it seems they take your money right away and then you can’t get a hold of them. They carry around a cell phone and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message I could see this is probably a garage type operation Because they have no staff there either and they claim the only work from one to six and during those hours, you can’t get a hold of them they don’t pick up. Please avoid the headache. I have to try and get my cash back and can’t find any way to get a hold of them do not ever order from this place. It should close down Due to not supplying product and no Customer Support and once you order, forget it you just have to pray your stuff would come. I am so frustrated. I am contacting the states attorneys office because this company probably shouldn’t stay open.

sales organicallydone- you call them and phone rings then it goes to dead air when line picked up.
Scam Warning.

I’ve placed several orders with this store, but my last two experiences were extremely disappointing. Both took nearly 30 days to arrive, and I received no communication until I initiated refund requests. Despite this, I gave them another chance and reached out for an update — their customer service via chat was inconsistent, so I tried calling. Unexpectedly, they refunded my order and suspended my account without explanation. The lack of professionalism is concerning. I seriously question the validity of the 5-star ratings based solely on delivery experiences. Proceed with caution if you're considering this seller.

So after some days of trying to reach anyone there i finally received a message back and they were pulling and shipping my order. star loss is from how hard it is to get in contact even though the chat says normally responds in less than an hour. they did offer me $10 off for them leaving me hanging. Lesson learned here is this is a small business and they get busy like we do. Expecting the same shipping speed as these huge companies is not realistic. They are not scamming anyone or just takes longer to get though the motions over there. I will gladly give them my money again. I would change that chat message to say could take up to a couple days to respond so customers don't start getting pissed when it's been 24 hours waiting on a response. Thanks!

Stole my money. Placed an order online back in March, it never shipped. I called they said it would go out, and it never did. Called for a refund, they said it would be a couple days, that was weeks and weeks ago. Now they just don't answer the phone. CROOKS!! DO NOT BUY!! STOLE MY MONEY.

I had a terrible experience with GrowGreenMI. I placed an order and paid in full, but they never delivered what I purchased. Every time I tried to contact them, I got nothing but excuses and delays. It's clear they have no intention of fulfilling their promises. Their customer service is non-existent, and they just keep stringing people along. Do yourself a favor and avoid GrowGreenMI – they are nothing but scammers!

Scammers. I have bought things from these guys over the years and they were fine. But, now they seem to be a scam. I ordered from them and never heard a single word back for 2 weeks. I tried to contact them many times via phone and email, no reply. Had to call credit company to reverse the card charges. After they were contacted by my credit card company then miraculously they shipped the product. Never again will I give them my money. Too many other reliable places to have to put up with scammers like this.

Took my money but failed to mention that they dont have the product in stock and after I went to a great extent to get in touch with anyone they emailed saying it will be a least a week before they have the product in stock. Dont waste your time, just pay more and order on amazon.

It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted them to deliver on their promises, but it seems like they are just out to scam people. I’ve tried every possible way to get in touch with them, but it’s like they vanished into thin air with my hard-earned money.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. If you value your money, do not give them a dime. GrowGreenMI is a scam, and they are not worth your time or trust. I’ll be reporting them to the authorities and advising everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

Great price on bulk nutrients! Yes the shipping was not as fast as something like Amazon, but this is a smaller business that I would rather use instead. My order was also over the holiday period, so the small delay was understandable. I sent an email to check on the status of my order, and response was quick and support was friendly. All my nutrients arrived safely and in perfect condition ready for my next grow.

I pretty much never leave reviews anywhere, but just wanted to add a positive note here because the low rating seems totally unfair IMO.

Was sold expired products and told it was sell by date despite saying expiration date and I was foolish enough to stockpile on account of "sale" Offered a $7 discount for my waste of time and money

My 3rd order, I ordered 2.5 G of AN grow, the parte A has a small hole I didnt notice. I put in the corner of my basement while I used up the bottle I had. I went to use it & realized it was empty. I took pics of the small crack I missed, the sealed unopened bottle, and the huge mess it left on my floor. Because it has been more than 15 days, they won't do anything. I offered to buy a pallet of coco coir, hundreds of dollars, but I wanted credit for the damaged product they sent me. They refused to do anything. I'll never shop there again

Terrible customer service, I bought stuff from Them That never arrived, when asking why, they would not anwser, or give sort of explanation. chat on the webpage doesn’t work, they didn’t answer too… don’t waste your time with this guys they are way to far from being professional. Crooks plain and simple. They advertise sale prices, take your money and never send the product. They complain about being a small business, but they kept my cash for almost 2 months with no product sent. Extremely rude and belligerent. They should be investigated for fraudulent activities across state lines.

Likely others I had a pump that ups broke during shipping , they sent a call tag and I returned it month later I ask where’s the pump ? Marsh said idk, want a refund? I said why waste my time with a refund. He quickly replied in the chat “ we are done here , take your business elsewhere. ….refunded the money…I call and a talk to the owner,left my number …no reply. I email marsh, apologize, stil nothing ..this guy sucks and is the general manager I was told by staff the owner leaves all business dealing to him and collects his check …..poor company policy that states problems take time which is money, focus on money coming. And toss any thing or anyone with problems to the curb to focus on money coming in without issues ….screw them,,!

They're the worst. Can't get ahold of anyone, always out of stock, unwilling to even help.... This place is awful.
