Growinsane レビュー

I have used Growinsane a number of times and recommended the company to others too. Their products are good value (especially when compared to big brands) and do exactly the same job. But where the company excels is their customer service - Jason could not be more helpful and proactive especially when dealing with the dreaded couriers. I would highly recommend using this company.

Looking to increase the size of my drip irrigation system and found GrowInsane.

Excellent prices for branded (Antelco) products, ordered at just after 14:30 - despatched by 15:45.

I had a great experience purchasing garden irrigation supplies from them. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and my order arrived quickly. Highly recommend for quality products and excellent service!

I just discovered this company and couldn’t be happier. Their irrigation supplies are really good value for money—quality products at an affordable price. Definitely a find I’ll be coming back to!

I have been trying to contact this company for many days now without success.

Messages submitted via their web site go unanswered and the published phone number never connects - eventually timing out with a "call failed" notification from the network.

If you resort to trying to look them up via a route other than their web site (Google Maps for example) you can find them listed at a different address to the one shown on their web site along with a different phone number - one that appears to belong to a recruitment company, who also don't answer their phone.

I suggest you proceed with extreme caution until such time as they start responding to enquiries from potential customers.

They have lost my business.

Personally, I will now obtain what I need from an alternative supplier - one that I can have more confidence in.

I've used Growinsane now for several years. They are consistently excellent with truely outstanding customer service on the few occasions I've made a mistake.

Great company . Excellent products with easy to use web site and very fast dispatch. I have told all my friends to use.

Ordered irrigation items at 3.30pm Friday. Arrived in post Saturday morning. Items very well packaged and seem good quality. Tremendous service.

These guys are great. Sorted all of my irrigation needs, apart from colonic!

High quality parts; I wasn't sure what a few things were and when I rang them they knew their products well. Would highly recommend to others.

Fantastic service, I made a mistake with my order when ordering on line, I contacted Jason at Grow Insane who rectified my order without any fuss. All my items arrived together in two days. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend the company.

Just bought my third irrigation kit from growinsane.com via eBay,delivered two days earlier than promised, included in the kit was vegetable garden planner telling you what time of the year to plant your seeds,a nice touch and very helpful.Thankyou
