There was an issue with my order. This was dealt with very quickly by personal message. The order arrived promptly and was very well packaged to prevent damage

Quick service

Ordered 3 times from this outfit. Last bag of so called soil was low quality mulch. Customer service is total rubbish saying its an Amazon problem. Won't be going near them again!!!

Great Customer service the plant was packed very well very efficient

Brilliant website to help me find all the information and product I needed. Very good customer service replying to all my questions in a respectable time and with a thorough response. My guava tree was packaged wonderfully and very secure. It also came with a small little piece of paper full of information and care tips. I will definitely be buying plants from here again. Not a single negative thing to say.

Excellent customer service and greats products, which were packaged very well and delivered in good time for my grandsons' Christmas gifts. The plants were healthy with lush green leaves. I'm very pleased with this company's overall service!

Healthy plant carefully packed, but you need to print the plant passport label, not handwrite it.

I’m pleased with my purchase very well packed and on time delivery
