Purchased the Large frame and was the best choice for my two boys (10 & 7). They love the whole frame with the flying fox extension. They are on it everyday.

Our order was confirmed on 23/04 for supposed arrival in 4-5 business days, which is almost a week ago now.

You can read the reviews of their choice of delivery company (PalletForce) for yourselves, but they disown all responsibility. The lack of ownership, empathy or goodwill from the customer service is really poor, particularly for a £1400 purchase.

Our order has been stuck on "being prepared for delivery" for a week now and PalletForce's contact page just returns a 404 error.

At this point I'm starting to wonder if there are more significant stock issues they are covering up. I'll update again if and when the climbing frame arrives, but will otherwise be cancelling via our credit card company for non-delivery.

Would recommend you look elsewhere.

Great product, dispatched quickly but we have received a wrong piece instead of another piece. Kids were disappointed to wait another week. Quality check is the one thing to improve.
Otherwise thank you for a great product.

The absolute best purchase for the kids over the last few years (both my kids and neighbours' - they all say we have the best monkey bars in town). Great both for exercising and adventures, it's their little world. It's also very durable (we live in Scotland, you can imagine the elements it's exposed to), 2 years and keeps staying strong.
Also I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. They are all absolute stars and deserve a raise.
I am super happy with the product and the service, and my only regret is that I haven't bought it earlier.

Really solid product, kids love it.

It is complex to build and could do with slightly better markings as almost had a bit of a F'up but was my fault.

The product is excellent, robust. Took quite a long time to erect and you will need a fairly large space in the garden. The finished product looks great and is not overpowering. The children love it. Just missing the option to add a slide.

Worth every penny. So well designed and made. So many options and really easy to put together. The children love it and you can often find an adult on there too!

Delivered super quickly, easy to set up, seems solid and long lasting and my daughters love it.

I can't recommend the Growplay system highly enough. After a ASD diagnosis for our daughter we have been searching for a way to add equipment into our house which allows her to climb/swing and generally move her body to regulate her emotions. The Growplay Compact has been a revelation at serving these needs.

Firstly ordering and delivery were simple, easy and very fast. There are a lot of boxes, with a couple of them being a little heavy but that should be expected given the quality of the product.

I would strongly recommend using the website to navigate to the hugely helpful You Tube videos which walk you through the process of putting the frame together. This is certainly easier than the instructions and allows you to see each process and go back and forth as needed. But I built the frame with assistance from my wife required only at the very end. There is absolutely no need for any specialist tools at all.

As mentioned we have installed the frame inside. We have it sitting on 40mm thick foam mats (karate fight grade). There have been 2 8 year olds and a 6 year old bundled onto the Net Swing and the frame has supported them no problem with no visible risk of tipping at all. It does slide but that is due to the mats rather than the frame. If it was installed outside using the anchors I can see there would be no issues at all.

All the accessories are amazing quality and the only frustration is how often you need to swap equipment over because the kids love it all so much!!!!

We have experience of "Jungle Gym" wooden outdoor frames before this, but I would now push anyone to go for Growplay frames first everytime. They are much better value, quality and will have a longer lifetime than the timber systems.

We ordered the adventure kit with the flying fox add on for the kids for Christmas. Delivery was super quick and easy.
Whilst assembling (two days before christmas) we realised the net swing was missing. I emailed and had a phone call 5mins later and the swing was sent to me that day!!! Absolutely couldn't believe that they got the swing to us 2 days before Christmas and within hours!!! Defenitly recommend!!

Amazing customer service and product.

Ordering was really simple and the delivery driver contacted us in advance to arrange a good time for delivery.

Great equipment, follow the instructions given and you won’t go wrong. It is strong and stable. My son loves it and so does my husband. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication was fantastic.

Great customer service, responded quickly to questions before I ordered. Fast delivery and amazing climbing frame with so so so much to do!
