Zero delivery and fraudulent charge attempt

All the reviews here are correct. I hired them in 2023 and the service came with a big promise with zero delivery and I quickly stopped the service with them. However, I admired the fact that Ben Smith was 19 years old at the time [that's what he told me] and seeing a young man trying to make it business, I thought how proud his parents must be.
Then I got an email from a doctor who said his card has been fraudulently being charged by Linx, and to my surprise I woke up to an charge attempt to my American Express card from Linx more than 2 years after I terminated my service.

So, what you see here has been true experience with me, service that didn't deliver, and now a charge attempt to my card after 2 years later.

There should be a zero-star option

There should be a zero-star option. As you read with other reviewers here, not only were they poor performers, but they are also actually fraudulent.
They have charged my credit card months after cancellation, and my only recourse is chargebacks, as the company is unreachable.
I understand that the company may be 'dissolved' now, but keep an eye out for the names of the owners, as I'm sure they will resurface in the industry again, to scam some more unsuspecting people.

I had a very negative and harmful experience with Grow with Linx, owned by Ben Smith (Atlanta, GA). I worked with this company as a contractor/employee, and over time, it became clear that the business is not being run honestly or responsibly.

Unpaid Wages: Employees, including myself, have gone months without being paid for our work. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were given excuses or ignored altogether.

Mishandling of Client Funds: Clients who trusted this company with their money have also been affected. Instead of fulfilling commitments, funds have been misused and never properly accounted for.

Unethical Practices: Communication is evasive, promises are broken, and there is a lack of transparency in how the company operates.

This has caused significant financial stress for many of us. It is not just a delayed paycheck issue—this is a pattern of exploitation, dishonesty, and disregard for both employees and clients.

If you are considering working with or hiring Grow with Linx, I strongly recommend extreme caution. Based on my experience, the company cannot be trusted to meet its obligations or treat people fairly.

Walk away...No run!

I stopped doing business with them over a year ago because they did not do a good job and were more expensive than my previous marketing agency. One year later on three separate occasions they took money from my account. I had no telephone number to call but I scheduled a call through their FB ad, surprise surprise they never called. I had a colleague call and schedule and they called him. I would give this company a zero if I could. I agree with the other reviews stay away from them.

Linx Marketing For Neuropathy – A Costly and Disappointing Failure

In my 6 years of running a medical practice, this has been the worst marketing investment I've encountered for neuropathy. What Linx promised at the start — compared to what they actually delivered — was completely misaligned and ultimately damaging to our business.

Linx promoted a service that would handle everything: Facebook ad creation, lead generation, lead follow-up, pre-consultation calls, and direct scheduling of patients into our office. Unfortunately, that’s not how it turned out.

We paid $6,000 for their service and $4,500 in Facebook ad spend — not including the cost of our own staff and operations — and ended up collecting only $0 in revenue. That’s an approximate loss of $11,500 in just three months.

We followed nearly all of their instructions promptly and cooperatively. When they finally asked us for user-generated content (which they later admitted should’ve been done earlier), we sent it quickly. Despite raising concerns throughout, we were constantly told that “everything is normal.” Only after escalating the issue to the owner did he admit there were significant errors made by our case manager — errors that directly affected campaign performance.

Let’s break it down:

Ads: The Facebook ads ran, but produced very few leads. We were told to expect 2 to 4 leads in 1 month after launching the ad; we saw no leads at all.

Lead Quality & Results: Most of the few leads that came through either didn’t prepay or didn't schedule appointment. Some believed treatment was free, others were told I would personally treat them — neither of which was true. One patient even walked out due to their strange interaction with Linx. Nearly 100% of filled out the form, but not even 1 scheduled an appointment.

Phone Consultations: Patients reported feeling misled or scammed. Others received inconsistent or incorrect information. This severely impacted trust and credibility before patients even entered our office.

Linx also claims they will work for free if ROI isn’t achieved — but that’s not the full story. You still have to pay Facebook ad costs, and there is zero guarantee of improved results. You just end up throwing more money into the same broken system.

I referred a colleague to Linx before realizing the poor experience we were in for. Sadly, they had an almost identical outcome. That’s zero for two.

In six years of running a practice, we’ve worked with a variety of marketing firms. Linx has by far been the most disappointing in terms of ROI, communication, and overall value. I would strongly caution any practice considering this company. Please stay away from Brad Sarver, Ben Smith and Aaroni Devault. They just want your money and no revenue from them.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Stay away. They have not come close to delivering on their promises. They do not pre-qualify patients (as they said they would), they do not collect pre-payment as they said they would (less than 9% pre-collection, and they said 60 to 70% pre-collection), and the staff takes forver to answer any questions or issues I have. The "owner" Brad said to text or call him anytime. I have sent several texts and phone calls that have gone unanswered. I so wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up. BEWARE. Enough people say the same thing about you (THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM) and it is likely to be true. What a waste of money. STAY AWAY. Be warned the sales job is a complete lie.

Stay far away from these scammers

Like others have commented, they don’t deliver all they said and when it came time to honor their guarantee, they bait and switched. I was told they would work for free until I recouped my $6k investment. Then it changed to we will work for an extra month. They also said they would inform the leads the cost of treatment especially since it was $6500 and they either didn’t tell them or told them something much cheaper. To me that is a breach of contract so I filed a credit card dispute and won.

Now get this, they hit my credit card again and I had to dispute it again. And I won again. Then they threatened to sue me if I disputed the charge. So I did and I won.

Here it is a year later and wait for it, they just hit my credit card again for $6000 today! I haven’t been in contact with them for a year. So here we go with another dispute. Wasted time and effort and of course there’s no phone number on their website because they are cowards and swindlers. I wasted so much time and resources with them. They filled the calendar with people who either didn’t have neuropathy or couldn’t afford the treatment. I got a lot of negative feedback from the leads and their interactions with Linx. I asked to listen to the recordings and they flat out refused to let me hear any of it, yet they want to represent my company???

Run, don’t walk, far away from them. I was willing to let it go but the fact they hit my credit card again today had got me fired up. As far as I’m concerned, it’s fraud and I will try to pursue this as a crime. It’s intentional. And quite honestly it’s disgusting.

I won’t pay upfront for a marketing company ever again. Guarantees are worthless. They always find a way out.

Update: I scheduled a demo call as a new lead to get these scammers on the phone at 530pm and they never called. I replied to their email appointment confirmation and got no reply. Maybe they are out of business. As they should be.

where do I begin?.they kept their ads in learning mode the whole time never received our promised ROI of 3 paid leads a month or 9 paid for 3 months. They kept charging our card even though they didn't hold their end of the agreement. $6k starting fee, plus ad spend, plus $2500 per month if ROI was met to continue or they work for free.... Now we need a refund for unauthorized charge, and they can no longer be reached via phone, email, text, or on the Slack platform we had to download to communicate with them! Go figure! What a joke of a company.

Buyer Beware

In my 18 years of practice, this is the largest abject failure in marketing I’ve done. What Linx represented we would have with results versus what we got was very different. We did nearly everything they asked, short only of perfection. We communicated our problems thoroughly throughout the 3+ months we worked with them. We got the run-around. Each call was very short and concluded that “things were normal.” They kept saying that things at the beginning are very slim. However, I was very confrontational to the point that I finally asked to speak with the owner. He found large errors in my case manager’s work and admitted that the manager should have asked for user-generated content. When we were asked to do so, we did so within a short period of time. However, after the three months ended, we are walking away with an approximate $11,000 loss over the three months. They charged us $6,000 and ran $4,500 in ad spend on Facebook. On top of those amounts, there’s overhead (which wasn’t even close to being met). We collected approximately $1,800. One might conclude that this is a fluke. However, a colleague that I recommended to Linx and who signed up with them had the same exact problem. So, that’s zero for two.

What does Linx promise? They promise to run your ads, find patients for you, call the leads for you, have a pre-consultation with the prospects for you, and schedule them for you.

ADS: They ran ads, and we did see them. However, they were not very popular. Not many leads came from this. In fact, they said “10-12% conversion” is normal. We got 2% at one point but even the ones that scheduled either didn’t come in or they said their experience with Linx was strange and then walked out because they were expecting free care. We had one patient who was confused and ended up leaving. We had one that showed up and got a couple of visits then left. We had one who, despite the fact that he really felt “swindled” because of his interaction with Linx, we were able to convert to a prepay patient. There were also about 50% who no-showed altogether.

My assessment is that:
• We didn’t get enough leads
• The lead quality was low
• The number of leads that scheduled was low
• The number of scheduled leads that showed was low
• The number of scheduled leads who showed indicated that they were confused or otherwise unhappy with their experience with the consultation performed by Linx

CALLS: These were very strange, indeed. Patients routinely said they felt that it was a scam. That they were told that we don’t accept insurance (we do.) They were told that they guaranteed I would be the one treating them (I’m not sure why. I live over an hour away from that location). They were told that they would receive free treatment (that wasn’t part of our agreement).

Linx also says that they will do you a solid if you don’t get the ROI you’re hoping for. They will “do the next month of work for free” to make it up. The problem is that you still have to pay Facebook and all the while, there’s no guarantee that you’re going to have any degree of success.

This simply didn’t work. Out of all of the companies we’ve used, this one has been by far the worst with regard to performance and ROI.
