Really helpful, quick and friendly service

I use so many Gruum products and even get the advent calendar, so overall a big fan. One of my faves is the make-up remover bar (shaped like a soap). My skin is so sensitive and I kept struggling with make-up removers as they'd leave my skin so sore (and flare up my rosacea...) This has not been the case since starting to use this over a year ago :) I must say, the shape took some time to get used to but I don't mind it at all now.

I was initially sceptical as to the eco-safety of their products. I wanted (mainly, wash products) to use whilst camping and travelling that I could use and simply pour on the ground afterwards, sometimes in close proximity to rivers etc.
The Ai chatbot seemed a bit evasive to specifics. However my query was passed to Alex, who addressed my concerns with good grace and patience and, also explained the reasoning behind the company's reluctance to use the big extravagant claims that we often see from others.
I was left with the impression that this is a highly trustworthy company, not boastful about themselves or their products, but confident in their approach.

I have just made my first orders and look forward to trying them out.

I broke my oska razor handle and realised that this line of products had been discontinued - I reached out to the team and they offered to send me a spare they had available! This means my razor heads will not go to waste.
Cannot thank Alex from the team enough for sorting this out for me - I have been using their razor and shaving items since 2021 and cannot recommend them more ☺️

The roll on fragrance -santorini summer scent has win me over
I am applying it every night before going to sleep,the scent calms me down and gives me such a positive feeling. I am using it for at least a month and I only used a quarter of it so far .

Perfume smells lovely. Handy size so fits easily into a handbag. Roll on which means you can use it anywhere. I would highly recommend and would buy again.

Great product.

Very seamless experience both online and via the app. I have a razorblade subscription which I've been easily able to manage through the app without any hassle.

Had a recent issue where one box of blades were substandard - Gruum replaced within a couple of days.

Over the last couple of years Gruum have changed their product line. Each time though I've been sent plenty of replacement blades and also a free blade handle free of charge.

The Kyra Gentle Face Wash is a great product - cleanses and removes make up easily whilst being gentle on the skin

These products are heavenly, beautifully packed and the smell is unreal.

Brilliant company, received a leaked frangrace, reached out to them and they said they'll replace it

I find the products amazing and very kind to my skin , I had a little issue with my delivery and Alex from the support team really helped me and sent a new parcel to my address right away without hesitation and made my problem go away without a fuss… the issues was not their fault it was with the postage… thank you again for great customer service and great products … can’t wait to purchase some more soon :)

I inadvertently missed an item from my order. I didn’t want to cancel my order or put in another and potentially pay further postage costs.
Fully expecting a computer says no response I penned an email asking for the product to be added to my order and a link for payment be sent to me.
To my surprise this was swiftly actioned by Alex and all my products are now on their way to me.
I Fully recommend this company, it's customer service and it's products, in fact my only issue is that I can't stop buying it! I am constantly trying different bars, soaps, balms etc and have not been disappointed yet. Love this stuff.

Gruum is a lovely wee company to deal with. I love their shampoo bars above all. They are very reasonably priced and last for ages. If you wish, you can set up a subscription for products you use a lot. This works out cheaper than ordering as and when. Their customer service is fantastic.
