God knows where all the positive reviews are coming from. I see either 1 star or 5 star review(looks to be paid).
Here is a honest answer from someone who lost 30k over the period of 2 years with them. If you can't scale a ecommerce business in 2 years you are no good. Got a DFY service from them where initially they charged 2k per month just for their operations, the deal was they take 5% of revenue(YES REVENUE, not profit- so burden is on you if they don't perform) after all expenses(Ads, cogs, etc). They barely ever got 2x ROAS on Meta, Tiktok ads, I kept losing money almost every month. Because they couldn't get any profits for about 10 months they kept reducing monthly fees down to 1500, 1000 and eventually 700 per month to keep their ops running. They kept giving me ad buyers with no experience who probably tested like 100 products and no winner. How is that possible?
Kept setting up new ad accounts because of constant violations in stolen content. Yes! They repurpose tiktok and instagram public content. No new content. They sell trademarked products for which I got shopify DCMA violations several times. Must have created like 3 different shopify stores! When personal ad accounts failed, they convinced me to use agency account for which there was a fee again just to use the account.
The highlight- After more than a year of extreme poor performance, I asked to speak with Anatoliy(the boss!), Guess what- They agreed to setup meeting with him but instead their marketing head joins the meeting. Team kept making excuses he is busy etc, so never got to meet the person who convinced me via detailed chat on what services they offer and how I would be making $10k/month in no time(This was my red flag!) I learned the hard way ad buyers are expensive and they don't have any good ad buyers.
The only credit I give them is their supplier was good and proactive.
I see so many people 20-30k into losses with this company. I hope people read negative reviews carefully and make informed decision before jumping this ship.

They convinced me in late Nov 2024 that they’d set up a shopify store, load it with best sellers and generate good returns for me.

I paid them $5,000 upfront, the arrangement was that they’d get 5% of my profit and $597/month retainer. At the time I thought to myself if I was making money what’s $597/month? But was I wrong- they ran ads for over 8 months until my credit cards were maxed out, barely any sales yet they insisted on this monthly retainer being paid.

I lost nearly $30k in the process and decided to cut my losses and walked away. My advise to anyone considering working with these guys is to be careful, do your research, most of the positive reviews here are probably fake. They will not deliver any real results and will continue to persuade you to keep spending because someday somehow your fortune will change but that never happens, trust me when I say that.

For a while I contemplated a lawsuit but was discouraged by someone dear to me, she asked me to allow karma to catch up on them instead.

I heard the agency is in shambles now (they’ll probably regroup under a different name) so please please do your research and stay away, there are so many unhappy customers out there who will not have time to write reviews, please stay away.

GSM has been great so far with building my Shopify store and growing it. The overall support and experience is amazing. It does take a little time to see a profit but overtime the sales start coming in. I love the constant updates each week to understand the opportunity for growth. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to start or grow their Shopify store.

Hired them for SEO and paid a significant amount. They promised results but I lost money and got no response to my complaints. I also noticed many generic 5-star reviews that appear fabricated. Not recommended.

Simple. I lost 20K with them. They are scam artists. This is my experience:

Signed up in August 2024 after the sales team did their best to convince me to sign up. Even was mentioning that Q4 is the best time of every year to sign up. I eventually did. I paid 7k to start the shop. Literally a shop that can be created with 300 dollars from somebody from Fiverr that could do a better job!!

Every single month from then on I was paying roughy 700 USD. 0 profits in 8 months that I spent there.

About 30 different products tested over time. None of the products were successful.

I kept asking them questions and they avoided me again and again. They knew they scammed me and didn't want to give me proper answers.

I quit last month, 20K ish down the drain.

They keep saying the same thing, "things take time. Just be patient. We had customers being successful, earning 5k in profit starting month number 2".... I was month number 9 and 0 profit... only losses and it's gotten worse because every month I had to pay them 700 USD.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY 5 STAR or 4 STAR REVIEWS. Those are most likely fake. Those 5 or 4 star reviews can't even tell you how much they profited. All they said is "great customer service, etc.".....

The overall strategy was good, but the first product we tested didn’t perform as expected. I ended up investing much more than I earned back initially. Fortunately, the second product showed promising results. But I'm still not fully profitable yet

Do not trust them. Their promises are worthless. They took my money for 6 months and could not launch one product that generated more than one or 2 sales. I lost over $20,000 with these people. They have no sole.

The support is on another level. We had trouble with Facebook ads, but it’s a part of the process. Delighted with the results though.

These guys care about your success. I had so many questions, and they took the time to walk me through everything. My store is finally profitable with $30k/month. Couldn’t be more grateful.

This company provides decent marketing services, but there’s room for improvement. While the team is knowledgeable and offers solid strategies, communication could be more responsive, and results take longer than expected. With some refinements, it could be a top-tier agency.️

These guys seem to know what they're doing. Had a really good experience with these guys. We already in the first month made over $5,000 in Revenue which covered our ad spend and cost of goods and left a couple hundred bucks left over in profit.
We had a couple fb ad accounts shut down but they were rather quick to fix things and and got us going again within a couple of days.
The only way this will not work is if you get scared and pull out too early. So be sure to have a minimum of 3 to 4 months of capital to support the start of phase and you'll be fine and make money with it.
