❌❌❌Not recommended. Even 1 star feels too generous given the poor product quality, service, and communication support.
I ordered Aixun 420D (₹21,500) and Forward 361 MAX separator (₹6,500) from GSM KART on 2nd January, paying ₹28,000 in total, and this turned out to be one of the worst buying experiences.
First delivery (9th Jan via Delhivery):
The Aixun 420D unit I received had visible scratches on the body and looked like a display or used unit, not a brand-new product. The seller claimed the scratches happened during courier transit, which is not believable, as the unit was properly packed with supports. Additionally, all boxes were already opened and re-packed.
❌On top of that, the shipment was incomplete:
❌One 210 handle and one tip were missing
❌Instead of one left and one right cradle, I received two right-side cradles
After repeated follow-ups, the seller guaranteed that the remaining Aixun items would be sent along with the Forward 361 MAX separator.
Second delivery (18th Jan via DTDC):
Once again, the package arrived with Aixun items missing. Only the Forward 361 MAX separator (₹6,500) was delivered. It was not sealed, although the product itself was fine. When questioned about the missing Aixun items, the seller again guaranteed that they would be delivered in the next shipment.
Third delivery (24th Jan via Delhivery):
Some remaining Aixun items were finally sent, but the incorrect cradle issue is still unresolved. I originally received two right-side cradles, and the left cradle replacement has still not been provided.
After-sales support is extremely poor. After taking full payment, the seller stopped responding to calls and messages. Even when replies were received, they were one-sided, dismissive, and unprofessional.
