The chipper works well at a reasonable price but came with no user's manual or assembly instructions. The seller sent a PDF of the user's manual within 2h of my request. For assembly I was told to look at the sales photos on the website. There is no identification of the Brand on the info or machine. Came with insufficient hydraulic fluid and no dipstick to test level. There are a few other annoying design issues but generally works well.

Amazing service. Didn't see anything like it in a while. I placed the order at 09:51 and received the tracking info at 10:01 same day.

Ups made the pickup at 15:40 and next morning it was at our place.

That's a very effective team. Will re-order again for sure. Even my locals suppliers don't ship as fast as them.

Everything was good on my end. Quick service and delivery. The only thing that I didn't realize is that the scale I bought is not certified for trade. Meaning that I can not use it to weigh things that I buy or sell (which I need).

6" cement core and 2 5/8" core shafts break on new bits right away and not hitting any rebar or anything else. Cheap shafts and not sure what the problem is. I have a new shorter shaft that came with a new 6" core and it has been used once so far and hasn't broke. We will see what happens after a few more uses.

Great service rep. helped work out shipping issues on my end. I received the tool on time and in good condition. I have not used it yet. Assembly instructions could be improved but it wasn’t show stopper.

i ordered jumping jack tamper , it arrived on time there were 2 holes in lower part of the box but no damage to the unit, put oil on the motor, make little adjustment on the throttle and used it right away! Great value for the money and highly recommended it I believe the motor was original because it was made in thailand, the fake one was made in china.
